The coffee is extremely weak. We have mocha lattes over ice since frozen was not available. The donuts tasted good, but they look smaller than normal. This was my favorite place to go to get a latte and amazing donut to treat myself. The person taking care of drive thru this morning was as cold and blah as the coffee. Please do not let this happen to my favorite place to treat myself!!!!

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I placed an order online and had my husband get the order. We live over 30 miles away and he was in the area to get stuff from Home Depot. He asks for the order. They give it to him.
I asked for an extra 2 pink donuts with sprinkles for my youngest kid and a dozen donuts because, and only because, the pink icing and sprinkle donut isn’t an option to choose in build your own dozen. Well, big surprise he gets home with no pink donuts for our youngest.
He calls and explains our situation, in being over 30 miles away, the only suggestion they give him is to drive back to get the donuts. Really?! Yeah, let’s drive 60 extra miles out of the way to get 2 donuts! And the best part is I called a corporate office and the woman on the phone promised to send a code for a free dozen. Never got a code. Like, at some point can these corporations take the time to investigate, or is it too profitable to keep ripping off customers and offering empty promises?

Nice place, The Doughnuts were great, Friendly Service.
Young people working there that you can tell that they need training and Guidance.
I was there when they opened and had to wait for the lady to get the Glased Donut machine going…
The 2 young ladies in the front were kinda standing around, The Welcome nats were still rolled up and needed to be put down, The station where the straws at needed attention and there was a Table obviously left from the night before that was dirty.
Details were not being addressed.
The Glazed Donuts were very skinny…
But it still tasted amazing and I asked about the Free Sample Glazed Donut and was informed that they don’t do that anymore cuz of Corporate…
So don’t expect the sign to be on anymore.
I noticed that the Oreo Donut has no White drizzle on it and I asked why and they said the Night shift didn’t take care of it, I said but I guess you can right?
And she said yes and I pointed out more to her when she got done with the one tray
Then one of the sweet employees brought me a Free Donut for being nice to them. 🙂
Don’t expect perfection but if you are nice and give them respect you will receive the same.

Our order: 2 Glazed Donuts, 1 Cake Batter Donut, and 1 Apple Cinnamon Donut. Our food was fresh and warm. The interior was clean with a welcoming environment. Additionally, the customer service was excellent. My husband stated he was greeted as soon as he walked through the door. Prices were considered reasonable for a Krispy Kreme location. I enjoyed half of the cake batter donut… before my husband ate the rest …… plus the remaining 3 donuts.

Lots of donuts to select from, everything that I have had has been great. The chairs are looking a little worn, a little old. I guess the place has been here for a little while but is still clean and fresh looking, except for, of course, the chairs that look a little worn. The help is friendly, enjoyed a good cup of coffee and a donut.
Update, I want to say something about the chairs looking worn out, that is intentional. I’m not much of a decorator so I didn’t catch that until my wife revealed to me that they were made that way to look old, She tells it it’s called distressing furniture, but I looked around and sure enough they have done that to make it look distressed, give the place some character, my bad.

Great tasting delicious donuts! Their service seemed slower than I remembered! And they seemed to forget that we had ordered some drinks along with our donuts Other than that the products seem great!! Especially enjoyed the Reese Cup Filled Donuts!
