Walking IN is always easier and a better experience, the drive through always gives at least one stale donut, but for the most part a great experience. Come for the donuts, not for a friend so the food makes up for any impatient interaction at the window. They also can’t take tips which is more on the owners than the staff. I’d be mad too if I couldn’t get tipped.

When I went to pick up my online order the co-worker didn’t even look at me or say anything when I said thank you or have a nice day. Then I noticed she forgot the chocolate milk I ordered so I had to ask for that and she didn’t even look at me again just handed the milk through the window while looking at the floor. That gave me a weird feeling and usually I never checked to see if my order is correct but I pulled over and checked to see if my 6 count donuts that I selected were the correct ones. And of course they weren’t, I mean seriously how hard is it to grab the correct donuts it’s not like this is the hardest job on earth Especially when it’s a grown woman. So then I had to turn around and ask for the correct donut that they forgot to Give to me and again she says nothing and Just hands the donut to me without even looking at me without saying anything. It’s no wonder people don’t want to come to Illinois anymore, Who would waste their time coming to Krispy kreme when that’s how you get treated for THEIR mistakes.

I’m honestly tired of the terrible customer service at this Krispy Kreme. Every time you pull up to the window, there’s no positive attitude, no greeting, nothing. And what makes it worse is that the menu means absolutely nothing, half the stuff on it is NEVER available.
It doesn’t matter what time you go: early morning, afternoon, late at night… they only ever have the original glazed donuts. Why keep a whole menu of options posted if you don’t sell them? Either update it, take things down, or put up a sign.
If you don’t offer the holiday items or specialty donuts anymore, REMOVE THEM. Stop advertising things you never have. It’s frustrating as a customer to pull up, ask for the same thing over and over, and repeatedly be told “we don’t have that” while the menu stays the same. Do better.

I placed a mobile order for specialty donuts a week in advanced and paid up front only to find when I got to the store they were not going to fill my order. Would have been nice if they bothered to let me know before I drove a hour to pick up my order. I submitted a complaint online and never heard from anyone either. Overall terrible customer experience.

Brought my son to Krispy Kreme for the first time. He got to see the donuts being made and the conveyor system they have. The donuts are always amazing. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. Definitely 5 stars.

Very little options to choose from. Cashier charged for and made the wrong drink when I’m positive I said exactly what I wanted. She had too much going on. Then when I asked for the difference back, she said the board price was wrong and quoted something out of her head then went back to serve the drive thru. Do better KK.

I give up. Seriously. Every single time I have tried this location, I’ve been told that they only have original glazed donuts available. This is always within just a couple hours of opening. I will not be wasting my time again. I am done trying.

Seemed they are running pretty short worker wise. One person working drive thru, in store, and pickups. Is also boxing donuts and pouring coffee.
