First time having Krispy Kreme since I was a little girl. The lady taking my order was very sweet and patient with me. Donuts were fresh and melt in your mouth. Will be returning again!

The place itself is pretty cool being able to watch doughnuts being made. The counter staff was surprisingly blah. I expected energetic happy people but they were no different than a cashier at a grocery store… all business. Doughnuts are as usual good. KK has cake doughnuts, but not at this location

Both times I have been here I went through the drive through and ordered a dozen donuts both times I listed what donuts I would like and both times they gave me the wrong donuts. When I went back around and asked why I got the wrong donuts they said they were out of the ones I asked for… so why not tell me that while I’m ordering instead of picking random donuts for me? Happened both time and I’m not a picky person I just want what I ask for it’s not hard to tell the customer your out of those donuts to pick something else. Won’t be going back (the donuts were great no complaints for taste or quality) just don’t really think the service is up to par

Had a pretty crappy day and came to just make the day a little better. Made the 20 min drive and I’ll be honest was having hard time with the choices. The young man was beyond patient with me, helpful and even helped me out with the app. Technology is not my friend. Wish I got his name but a big thank you to him for the patience and making my day better.

One of the few Krispy Kreme locations actually left. This location is amazing because they actually make the donuts here fresh all day long. Lots of room to sit and have coffee and enjoy also. Highly recommend.

Donuts are good but service and parking is horrible. Good luck finding any parking because the lot is filled with employee vehicles. Of the multiple times I went inside, I was never offered a free donut, but I witnessed a customer who enter the store and spoke Spanish to the employee, he was given a free donut. Second issue is quality control. Ordered a dozen donuts with jelly filling, but none of the donuts had any filling. I called the store and they told me they forgot to fill the donuts.

The restaurant was clean and we were tended to immediately. Most of the donuts we purchased were fresh, but a couple were hard hence 4 stars instead of 5. Really great location and you can see the factory with the donuts being made.

I went to Krispy Kreme today excited to try the Harry Potter donuts, and what a letdown. Out of two Sorting Hat donuts, one didn’t even have the hat — the entire point of the donut, and the other looked like it had already been through a Quidditch match (see photo).
When I pointed this out, instead of simply giving me a fresh one from the shelf, the staff took my donut to the back, slapped another hat on it, and handed it back like that was acceptable. Sorry, but once my food disappears into the kitchen, I shouldn’t have to wonder what was done to it. A brand like Krispy Kreme should know better — toss the bad one and give the customer a proper replacement. It’s not that complicated.
For a “magical” Harry Potter experience, this was anything but. If this is Krispy Kreme’s idea of quality and service, maybe they need their own Sorting Hat — because this belongs in Slytherin.
And to top it off, this is the only Krispy Kreme in the Chicago area, nearly a 40-minute drive from the city — all for this? Definitely not worth it.
