Why the heck would you not make fresh doughnuts here anymore?!?! I went inside to get a dozen glazed and they were all trash. The glaze was wet and wrinkly like they were day old or more. Had I known this, I would have went to a different location that makes them fresh. I want my money back and I will never be back to this location again. Just shut it down now before it damages the brand more.

Donuts were definitely not fresh. I ordered at 11am and they were cold and almost stale. You’d be better off going to a grocery store and picking up a pre-packaged box of donut. No complaints about the service though.

What made my visit even more special was the incredible experience with the drive-thru cashier. She spotted my puppy and offered him a puppuccino and a cute doughnut hole, which was simply the sweetest gesture. It truly brightened our day!

Went through the drive-thru and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The donuts tasted fresh and delicious. They also made fresh coffee, which made the experience wonderful even though it was just a drive-thru. The lady at the drive-thru was especially nice!

This is the 3rd time i have tried to go to the donut shop to reward my kid and again with nothing but disappointment. A sign on the door said drive thru only. So we cant pick and choose donuts we cants see. I didnt want to buy him the dried out box from meijer . I wanted fresh donuts but Nope failed again. Im very disappointed in this store. It is a shame that this location no longer makes fresh HOT NOW donuts on site. I walked in and saw the assembly line was gone and immediately thought, this isn’t going to be good. I had a gift card, so I still decided to use it to get rid of it. My intuition was correct. The donuts were not fresh and tasted like they had been there for a day or more. I spoke with the cashier and she said they are making them all at the 14 Mile Rd location and shipping them to this location. Stop messing with what makes these so good and why you have repeat customers. Good luck Krispy Kreme, been nice knowing you.

This location does not make their own donuts.. they come from elsewhere in the morning.. which is probably why they are sold out of everything everyday, but their basic options, by noon. I spent days checking the app to see if 2 donut options were in stock, and finally.. 1/2 of them were, the main option my boyfriend and I wanted (cheesecake).. the website said it was in stock and available, so I put in an online pick up order an hour ahead of time, then drove 25-30 mins to pick the order up.. I picked up my order, only to get in the car and notice the box says something was substituted.. shocker, it was the cheesecake.. I go back inside for a refund, which took 3 employees and 5+ mins to complete, apparently.. while I waited, an employee – a nice gentleman with colorful glasses, explained they don’t make their products and only get so many, and how I could go about getting what I wanted the next time I buy something.. the staff taking care of my refund, kept bitching at him for talking to me.. he told me I could keep the 3 donuts, and get my refund.. cool, I wasted 30 mins and my gas, tried ordering an hour ahead, and wasn’t told ahead of time about the substitution, after waiting days for something to be in stock… when the manager, a short, older black lady, came to give me my refund receipt, she had a stank look on her face, didn’t say anything to me, and snatched the box of donuts from in front of me.. I told her that he said I could have them, and all she said was, “you got your refund” and walked away from me, and didn’t want to give me the time of day. I gave her a piece of my mind as I was leaving, which she engaged back in.. I will be reporting this. Terrible management, and the food was old anyways.

Disappointing to find out this location doesn’t make the donuts anymore. Especially for $15 per dozens They are made in Troy and driven over same day. We’ve come by the store and they have had no donuts left so it’s a hit or miss depending on time of day. This place is a mess! 🙁 We regularly treat our kids to donuts here. (Once a month or so) We went yesterday afternoon to learn that they no longer have any equipment to make fresh donuts. They were sold out of almost everything. We paid extra for some of the valentines specialty donuts and quite honestly they looked like a 5 year old decorated them. The donuts were absolutely not fresh. For the cost of these donuts they should at least be fresh. It makes them no longer worth it for us. Unfortunately we won’t be back.
