Went in at 8:45. No one behind the counter but an employee was sitting at a table in his phone. After two minutes, waiting at the counter, I turned to the employee that was sitting down and act with somebody in the back he got up, walked to the back open the manager’s door and told me they were unable to sell anything they were closed. I told him to just give me a doughnut since he can’t sell me one. He laughed and said he couldn’t do that.

Very disappointed with our experience at this Krispy Kreme location.
My husband took our kids in with their report cards to receive their free glazed donuts. When they arrived around 10:00 a.m., they were not greeted at all, and the store looked closed. Once an employee finally came up, she seemed annoyed when my kids showed their report cards.
She told them there were no glazed donuts available. My kids love donuts, so my husband was willing to purchase other donuts instead. That is when the employee said, very casually, that the donuts had basically been sitting there for a while and the delivery truck would not arrive until 12 or 1 o’clock. She then told him to come back at that time.
As a customer, you cannot tell an adult to come back hours later when it is already 10:00 a.m. If the store opens at 6:00 a.m., donuts should be available. Krispy Kreme’s brand is built on fresh donuts made daily, so this was extremely disappointing.
My husband left and went to Bartlett Donuts instead, where the customer service was much better and donuts were actually available.
Horrible customer service, disappointing experience, and not a location we will return to.

We were so excited to go try the new Harry Potter edition doughnuts and made a special trip on a Sunday morning to go here to try them. Upon arrival, the building looked vacant and not inviting at all. When we walked in the doughnut line was not running and didn’t look like it had ran for a while. The doughnut case was almost completely empty and when I asked when they were made, the worker said she didn’t know but probably last night. All they had were chocolate, original, and strawberry that had been made a while ago. We ordered 1/2 doz chocolate and 1/2 doz original and left. They looked wrinkled, but we took a bite and they tasted so stale. This was at 10:30 am on a Sunday morning and they had made no doughnuts.. pretty baffled by this experience.

Please don’t go if you’re looking for great Krispy Kreme donuts. They are no longer made fresh at this location. The 2 dozen that I received were old from the previous day. Already stale. There was nothing great to say about this locations product. I totally get why there’s not a line at Krispy Kreme. If you want fresh. Try somewhere else. This place is definitely NOT it!!!

March 3, 2026- My grandson and I drove thru the Krispy Kreme located in Bartlett TN @ 6072 Stage Rd.
I ordered 1 dozen doughnuts + a 10 count doughnut dot cup.
The drive thru sign advertised it as follows: “when purchasing any regular-priced dozen doughnuts, add-on 10 count doughnut cup for $2.49”
I was charged $17.49 (dozen) + $4.69 (10count dot) = $22.18 plus tax =$24.34. (overcharged by $2.36)
This is not a lot of $$, but when I ask the manager, she said it was a promotion,.. never offered to refund the differ, or take the dot cup back. .. I don’t typically write reviews, but she was not very nice, and basically could care less- not managerial at all. I will never return to Krispy Kreme in Bartlett TN.

I don’t see how this location is still open. This place warehouses donuts! They are not freshly made. When I think of Krispy Kreme I think of the red HOT sign. Not here. No different than buying the donuts from a grocery store or gas station.

I warn customers DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They sell STALE, OLD donuts that are dry. The quality of the donuts and the size of the donuts are much smaller compared to what it was just last year. This location had no customers when I arrived that should have been a red flag not to go to this location. I ordered the Halloween donuts they looked sloppy, were small in size and stale. The taste was off, didn’t taste good and little filling inside the donuts. Normally donuts are not this dry until the 3rd or 4th day. So I don’t know how old those donuts were that they sold to me. So I advise anyone don’t come here.

I ordered a dozen assorted and a dozen donut holes. Both were stale. I would not have paid $30 for stale donuts, they should let people know they aren’t fresh, or discount old donuts. This was 10am on a sunday morning.
