Stopped in while we were in town the other day. Let me start by saying I was not hopeful after many unpleasant visits to the Auburn location where they continue to suck. I was however taken back by the pleasant greeting from.both ladies working the Pratville location. They were super friendly and welcoming which is becoming less prevalent in many locations nowadays. They packaged our order promptly and let me say, the original “HOT” glazed donuts were the best I’ve had in quite sometime. Restored my faith in a classic favorite. Great job crew! Keep up the good work!

staff at the Marriott. I was greeted by everyone, but Omarion took care of me. His customer service was beyond impeccable. He was a joy to speak with with it being so early in the A M. Please make sure he sees this message as well. My doughnuts were super fresh and so delicious. I will definitely continue to patronize your establishment, and give Omarion a raise/promotion while you’re at it.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Krispy Kreme drive-thru in Prattville this week. When I pulled up, I noticed the male employee handling my dozen donuts with one glove on, but that same glove had been used to touch the cash register, money, and his earpiece while taking orders.
This completely defeats the purpose of wearing gloves and is a serious food-safety concern. Cross-contamination like this can easily make customers sick.
I asked to speak with the manager and explained what I observed. While she did have him replace the donuts, he then used a napkin instead of proper food-handling gloves, which still did not address the underlying sanitation issue.
I was disappointed by the lack of proper food-safety practices and training. Handling ready-to-eat food requires clean gloves or utensils that are changed appropriately. I hope management and corporate take this seriously, as this was honestly disgusting and concerning.

My first time there. Bought an assorted dozen of donuts. Upon ringing out discovered several of the donuts incurred an upcharge. They were combined with all the other donuts in the display and were not tagged as being specialty. So you can imagine my shock. They need to have something that tells about the upcharge and also which are considered specialty. They were good and fresh though. Not exactly rushing to go back for more though

I don’t think they ever clean the floors. The chairs and table had crumbs all over them.

Went to Krispy Kreme during the mid morning early afternoon time… There was some confusion at the window but we figured it out quickly and the service was good. I will definitely be going back because their doughnuts are simply amazing.

Fourth trip here to attempt to purchase 2 dozen of the advertised “Grinch” donuts for my grandkids. First try on Black Friday “I’m sorry our system is down and we’re not taking any orders” Both Prattville and Montgomery locations
They are NEVER available! Also today 12/3/24 9 AM they are out of glazed ♂️ and it’s been awhile since I’ve seen the “HOT” sign on.
I’m not sure if this is a management issue or supply issue or what but I give up.
