They so wrong on the order I just order from Uber Eats valentine day donuts and they made them look so ugly the teddy bear was horrible the heart one was mad horrible and the middle circle with sprinkles was made like a kid made it it’s was so wrong and I’m upset about it cause I can’t get my money back bad impression of asking someone to be my valentine with these donuts.. sent a picture of what I order and what I got smh so not right

Ordered donuts to be picked up by 12 pm. When I got there they didn’t have the football donut so I had to get a regular chocolate iced, vanilla Kreme donut. No problem. But my order wasn’t even made when I got there. I ordered early to avoid donuts being sold out before I could get there and they never put my order together till I walked through the door, which defeated the purpose of ordering online.
I’ve been traumatized by food so much I have zero trust for any restaurant or food service. I have to cut into my food and look at it before I can bite it…and this is why. As I’m cutting into my chocolate truffle donut a piece of plastic pops out. Like the kind used to attach a tag to clothes. I immediately lost my appetite but thankfully most of the donut was eaten with no issue. Now I have 5 more donuts I’m scared for myself or my son to eat. Food in this town costs WAY too much to constantly be left so disappointed. Do better!

I honestly haven’t been this pissed off in a long time. I’m usually a patient person, and I used to actually like this Krispy Kreme location. But today? I’m done.
Let me paint the picture: I pull up, get out of my car, and the lobby’s closed — fine, whatever, drive-thru only. I see maybe six cars ahead of me and think, no big deal, they’re just making drinks, how long could it take? Well, apparently forever. It took almost 10 minutes just to get to the speaker, and it’s hot and muggy as hell outside.
I finally get there, and the girl immediately puts me on hold for 3–4 minutes — seriously? Then she tells me they don’t do the free donut when the light is on anymore. Are you kidding me? How about putting a sign on the door or anywhere before people waste 15 minutes sitting in the heat? It took 20 minutes to get one donut. And you stopped giving free donuts on the 4th? It’s the 7th — you couldn’t just let one slide? You literally throw donuts away at the end of the night.
So I order a pumpkin donut, hoping it’s at least good. Nope. It was disgusting. I felt zero joy eating it. And the lady at the window? Completely rude. No smile, no greeting, nothing. What happened to basic customer service — or even pretending to care?
I get that they’re short-staffed, but come on. Even a three-person crew should be able to move faster than that. The whole experience was miserable from start to finish.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a mixed dozen and also got a dozen glazed. I live about 40 minutes from the Tuscaloosa store. When I went to have a donut I noticed they looked a little over done. After taking a bite I realized I was right. I looked at both boxes and all of them were over done. Krispy Kreme like other things is not as affordable as it once was and to drive all the way home just to realize I have over done donuts was very disappointing.

I came here last night and went through the drive through at 10:55PM (5 minutes before close) and the woman was so kind, despite me coming so obnoxiously late (i’m sorry) I was up all night working and was seething for a sweet treat so I decided to go to Krispy Kreme. I was reluctant to come, because I didn’t want to bother any employees who were finishing up to go home. I folded though, because it is hard to resist a Krispy Kreme donut. The woman was so so so kind. I ordered 3 donuts: Kreme filled, strawberry frosted, and birthday cake, all of which were 10/10s. It cost me about 7$. Having those donuts and an interaction with the nicest woman truly made my day. I hope employees like this know that their friendliness doesn’t go unnoticed at all!!!! I wish I knew her name so I could mention her in this review! Thank you Krispy Kreme, and to food service workers who work hard to provide for people every day!! ❤️

The hit fresh donuts are always delicious!! The service wasn’t so great. I asked if they give a free fresh donut and the last said “only when the sign is lit up” I said “it’s lit up, right?” She said yes and I asked for a free one and another one. Then my friend asked for the same thing and she charged her for the free one and not me. Very weird situation. She acted like it was coming out of her paycheck??

Me and my mother was looking at the doughnuts to see if we wanted to try anything they were moving the line pretty fast so which was great we get up the lady kept repeating I can help who’s next then when we walk up she tends to roll her eyes we ignored it. She kept rushing for us to choose what we wanted then everytime we made up our mind she would either stare out of space or talk to someone else I had repeated myself almost 3 times then for her to proceed what else when we had already told her and she wasn’t paying us any attention then when we paid she completely walked away like we were done with the transaction, and go back talking about we were rude.
