Was really a great experience. The atmosphere was very family oriented. Mom’s and dad’s with kids picking out donuts . The staff with their vintage themed green uniforms seem super helpful. Walking in side felt like stepping into a norman Rockwell painting.

We don’t get Krispy Kreme very often but when we do, we always look forward to it because they are our favorite donuts and always consistently good. Tonight was not that. The donuts were a different consistency than normal and the chocolate glaze was runny and a weird flavor. If we didn’t live so far from the store, we would have returned them. Overall we are extremely disappointed in this visit.

Update 3/4/26 : posted a review and got a response! Imagine that! So they give me an email to contact them with the issue (which I have already done through their app – no response at all) the email address is not a valid address! I copied and pasted so it isn’t an error!! Wow!!! What a mess…….Never have anything available. The last two times I’ve ordered ahead and both times my orders have been cancelled because they don’t have what they advertise as available. They do t even notify or call you. They just let you get there and find out that your order was cancelled! Not to mention, they listed as customer changed their mind, didn’t want! Emailed corporate 2 weeks ago have not heard a single word from anyone!

Paid 40$ for 2 dozen just for them to look like this. Maybe they are out of chocolate. No reason to waste my money here anymore. They are edible so no one star.

I placed an online order and when I got there they did not have any of the donuts for my custom dozen. So, I decided to try some of the new items: cheesecake, cinnamon roll, and cinnamon apple. They are OK. I really miss my lemon filled and my boyfriend could not get his chocolate iced cream filled. The last two times we’ve gone they’re always out.

Sad when you go through the drive Thru, expecting hot fresh original glazed and you get cold refrigerated stones. Oh, and your coffee is bitter. Such a disappointment.

I really wanted doughnuts. I decided I would order them online so that way when I was done with the bank we could pick them up and head home. My husband went inside where he was waiting on the online order and people were coming inside and placing orders and getting them. Eventually someone came out and asked my husband what he was waiting on and he said his online order. They got it but put the ticket to the side. Like really. What’s the point of an online order if you’re not even going to make it. Then of course they didn’t have one of the doughnuts which doesn’t break my heart but you really should have a way to disable product you’re out of so nobody orders them. I know mcdys does. Either way someone to wait 30 mins for an online order is past ridiculous. Do better and don’t write generic responses like thanks for bringing it to our attention. You guys already know this is an issue. Just work on it and do better.

Literally the worst run business I have ever seen. App orders are never pulled and ready at the time promised, terribly understaffed, and the quality of the donuts have gone downhill significantly.

Donuts are good but there is ALWAYS something at this store. Always. I ordered a half dozen original glaze and 1 chocolate. Told one price by one young man and another one comes over and tells me a higher price by 1 dollar. The donuts are already expensive….what do you mean?! He tells me the other guy rung it up wrong. Come on! I had to wait 6 min. at the window for the donuts to be dropped…and then had to ask how ling because initially I was told its gonna be a minute. It turmed out to be longer than I thought. You literally could have kept the price as it was like it was because of my wait time. I said this and was met with the teenager looking awkward and no response. I was honest when asked if I already paid just be upcharged to an assortment fee with one donut changed for chocolate….and drumroll….I had to wait an additional 2 minutes on a receipt and napkins. Its either their attitude, laziness, stuff not working, or donuts not done, or in the case an upcharge and no accomodation to their customers. Even if the upcharge, you could have offered a milk or something… And they are gonna be extra small too.
