I went to pick up an order of a dozen original doughnuts, while the red light was on last night, I get them in and their ice cold. What’s the point in going while the red light’s on us, I can’t get them warm isn’t that the whole point of the red. Light, then I go back this morning and order 3 of the donuts, 2 of them specialty donuts, which are your highest items. When I first went to the drive through no one would respond, I went to the window.No one came to the window.I finally pulled around behind another customer in the drive through and they finally decided to answer the draft through when the lady handed me my donuts through the window, she pretty much shoved them into my hand slammed the window shut as I was telling her hi , how are you then when I get home, the doughnuts are rock hard. And the thing is, when I came to do this review.The only thing that’s made and all the reviews is poor customer service in poor quality of food.All that points to your workers being poor workers.I’m sorry that your brand has to suffer poor staffing

Lobby is constantly closed.
7:30 am and they are out of a lot of varieties.
Donuts are ice cold. They feel like they are stored in a refrigerator.
They never have the order correct. I ordered cream filed and donuts I received did not have any cream in them.
You would think for the price they would be like an organized business.
Very disappointed with the service and the donuts.

Krispy Kreme did it right this Veterans Day. They honored the promotion with no hesitation and made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Rosemary was exceptional, courteous, respectful, and kind. She treated every veteran who came in with real appreciation, not just routine service.
It’s a simple gesture, but the way it’s handled makes all the difference. Big thanks to Rosemary and the team here for representing the Krispy Kreme brand with class and gratitude.

Assorted Dozen Donuts $8.49 → $26.69
Single Glazed Donut $1.09 → $2.59
Dozen Original Glazed $7.99 → $19.99
That’s well over a 100% INCREASE. This isn’t just inflation — it’s robbery.
These prices are ridiculous.
Prices went up, and quality is down
Not to mention that they shrunk in size and the creme donuts have a lot less creme..
They aren’t even good anymore either
Krispy Kreme was bought out by vulture capitalists and aren’t worth the 10x prices they charge now.

Literally just left Krispy Kreme, ordered a half dozen. The donuts were tiny and hard, so small they decided to through a couple extra hard donuts in there. Wish I would’ve checked before I left. This is absurd. 9 bucks for this? Never again! I hate leaving these types of reviews!

They are lazy and don’t make donuts like the other locations. They’re ALWAYS out of everything except glazed, strawberry, or chocolate. They never have the holiday/special donuts no matter what time or day you go their sign says “hot” but their donuts are hard and cold. The Pooler location is WAY better.

I live an hour away from the nearest Krispy Kreme and this location is the closest location to me. This is the first time I visited this store. The drive thru is the only way to pickup food. I was attempting to place my order and the girl was cutting me off, before I could even finish speaking. She also kept saying “is that all” over and over again, rushing me constantly
When I did finish and pulled up to the window to pay. I told her I had to drive an hour to get some Krispy Kreme and I didn’t appreciate her rushing me.
