There’s nothing tastier than a donut you get to watch the process of cooking and being glazed. They are a bit more $ however, you eat it warm & fresh. And like the potato chip saying, “You can’t eat just one” enjoy!

This Riverdale location are always out of doughnuts. This is supose to be the best in the city but service at this location is horrible. They are always short staffed or you place your order then get to the windows and asked what you ordered the other person is off its shift change. And on top of that you have a buy one get one coupon and the manager looks at it said it won’t scannen so can’t use today all of this the sunday before valentines week it was superbowl Sunday but that’s no excuse your store needs help ASAP! Very friendly and helpful staff. They seemed very tired but still made sure all customers were taken care of. Place is clean and has at least two entrances so it’s easy to get in and out. It’s always fun watching donuts made too. Was so excited we almost dropped our donuts. Definitely the best place for classic glazed donuts.

Donuts tastes great but I paid online for the Peanuts holiday special dozen to take to party at work and once there, they only had 2 of the entire specialty pack (snoopy which didn’t look anything like snoopy and the ornaments) and wanted to give me all 12 of just those 2; I understand that was all left, nothing they can do about that but that’s not what I paid for and expected plus still wanted to charge full price when I missing about 3 other designs out of the holiday advertisement. When I asked for a refund because I paid for the what I saw online and thought I would be getting…. she (manager that day) had a nasty attitude about it. I won’t buy any specialty box online again – in person only so I know what they have or dont have.

It’s nothing like good hot donuts at this location. This was my son‘s first time experiencing a hot Krispy Kreme doughnut and he ate six donuts at one time. The customer service was excellent and I plan on revisiting this location soon.

On a whim, I went here early in the morning New Year’s Day to buy doughnuts for co-workers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mind you – I walked in at the crack of dawn and they had to pack several dozen hot doughnuts without prior notice. Kudos to the crew.

This is the third time I have went through the Drive-thru when the Hott light on and each time my donuts are room temperature. Not even warm. Won’t be returning if I didn’t want hott donuts I would keep driving. Two Stars is all this location deserve. Sometime you hit to stop giving these places a benefit of doubt.

The staff was so nice and had my order ready for pick up, although they didn’t have 2 of the doughnuts I ordered. They still made the effort of helping me choose two other options to replace them.
