All was great! I hadn’t pre-ordered and needed to pick up 4 dozen assorted donuts one morning. The store filled my order right away, no problem. Service was efficient and friendly. And of course EVERYONE enjoyed the fresh donuts. Can’t go wrong with Krispy Kreme! Growing up in the South, they’ve always been my favorite!

I ordered a fall menu dozen which should have all the new fall flavors. I placed my order online, so when I got there I grabbed my order and left. We were traveling out of town and didn’t open the box till later. So we open the box and it’s full of half glazed donuts and 2 of each of 3 new fall flavors. I was still chatted the 19.99 price instead of the glazed box or even the assorted box price. They should’ve told me they didn’t have what I ordered when I picked up my order inside. I would’ve canceled my order all together. Communication is key and honesty would’ve been appreciated. I also had another 6 pack of chocolate frosted I had ordered. So it was a complete waste of my time and money.

This review is the result of months of patience and dozens of attempts to give this location the benefit of the doubt. Having visited at nearly every possible time, early morning, late morning, early afternoon, late afternoon, and evening, it is clear that the issues here are not “bad luck” or occasional rushes. They are systemic operational failures.
The most consistent issue is the menu availability. It is rare for this location to have even 50% of their advertised menu available via the drive-thru. While an occasional shortage is understandable in food service, this location routinely operates with a depleted inventory regardless of the time of day. You are presented with a full menu on the board, only to be told item after item is unavailable, usually without any explanation or apology.
Compounding the lack of product is a persistent attitude problem at the drive-thru window. The staff is consistently dismissive and indifferent. There is an underlying sense of irritation when you ask for basic menu items, as if the customer’s inconvenience is a burden to the staff rather than a failure of the store.
I have visited many other Krispy Kreme locations that do not suffer from these chronic shortages or this level of apathy. This specific Woodstock location is a clear outlier. When a brand relies on a specific “hot and fresh” promise, failing to provide basic inventory while maintaining a hostile service environment completely undermines that brand value.
Ultimately, this store suffers from a profound lack of management and execution. Until there is a meaningful overhaul of how this location is run, do not expect a standard Krispy Kreme experience here. It is a gamble that rarely pays off.

Came by 12/13/25 @ 4pm and they had no original glazed donuts available for sale, came again 12/18/25 @ just before 6pm, and still no original glazed available! I drive by nearly daily on my way to work and I haven’t seen the light on in about 5 years. A donut shop that never has their signature donut available for sale, this should be their top priority! I really don’t know how this location stays in business, I won’t waste my time going back to try again! I promptly went across the street and bought donuts from DD instead.

Had problems with some of my donuts while eating them. Some of the donuts were missing their filling. So I called the store they nicely said they would replace them and give me two free donuts for inconvenience. So couple days later I went into get the replacements. Something that was suppose to be simple wasn’t. The manager I spoke to a couple days prior. Told me she would inform all management and she also took down my information. So I don’t understand when I went into get the replacements. Why I was question’d and why the crew member helping me kept saying little comments. Not only that she was rushing me and in doing so I messed up on using some of my rewards. So I lost my rewards/ points. I was using to actually buy more donuts. So I did just go to get replacements. Honestly after that experience.I myself wouldn’t go back. I found the crew member that day to be unprofessional.

Visiting from out of state and drove 25 minutes to grab donuts because the website says the hot light is on from 5-7pm. When we arrived at 5 the hot light wasn’t on. We walked in and the girl working said they would maybe have fresh ones around 7. My husband mentioned to the cashier that the website says the hotlight would be on at 5 and she responded “oh we had some at like 4, we’re making stuff for an event now.” We left without buying anything. Huge bummer because we were so looking forward to this since we don’t have any Krispy Kreme’s where we are from

If I could leave a zero star I would. This place is pathetic. After we were ignored for the first 5 minutes… They only had glazed donuts and a few chocolate glazed and a few snoopy. We ordered a dozen glazed and a hot chocolate. She waddled around for another 5 minutes talking and carrying on with coworkers. Came and took our money and then went to make the hot chocolate. Well apparently the machine wasn’t working. She offered to make a different drink but who wants coffee at 10:30pm? I said to just forget it and walked out without a drink that I paid for. Definitely won’t be visiting this location again.

This place is just terrible. They are consistently out of original glazed (the most popular item) consistently not running the hot light, and are constantly out of the new items. Their online ordering sucks, and the staff either need to be paid more with have higher standards or the place just needs to close. The worst part is our reviews are likely never seen because a robot just replies to everyone with a generic “hey so you actually need to contact us at this website” just wait, they’re going to do it to this reply to. That’s repetitive and annoying, no one wants to visit another website to feel like their complaints are being heard.

The cream filled donut was practically empty, I got 1 bite of cream, the rest was air . We also got the raspberry cheesecake donut with no crumbles on it. We try this location every so often, hoping it maybe got new owners or management, but it’s still as bad as it’s always been. I will stick to the Rome location where the manager actually cares.
