My wife and I were married in this Krispy Kreme back when it opened in 2016. It was the best day of my whole life and I will always be so thankful for the wonderful people at Krispy Kreme for hosting, decorating, and catering it for us. We still make it a point to go by and get pics every year on our anniversary.

The smallest donuts I have ever had. These things have to be 50% smaller than any donuts i have had and a dozen donuts cost nearly $20. This is ridiculous. I won’t be back for small donuts at over $1.50/donut. Used to buy a dozen and they would fill the box from end to end. Now you could easily fit 20 donuts this size in this box and I know the box didn’t get bigger.

Don’t stop at this Krispy Kreme the employee don’t want to work and move at a snails pace. The donuts are just thrown in the box and the icing is running off them. The originals are not uniform in size and look like a child made them. You get better service at the Krispy Kreme in Pigeon Forge during the HOT sign rush.

Long wait. Donuts were abnormally large and deformed. Staff did not look like they wanted to be there and were very gruff with customers. It felt like we were bothering them at work. Parking lot and drive thru are combed. When we left, the only way out was through drive thru. Once we got towards the rear of the building, there was a side parking lot of another business that we took to leave.

It was pretty clean, the store phone was laying on the table which was a yuk for me, phones are super nasty and the girl that waited on us didn’t have customer service skills what so ever, none of the workers spoke except the one waiting on us and she had no choice but was not very informative on prices or what donuts were what so we only got 6 instead of the 2 dozen we went in for. Donuts were fresh though, one has what looks like a finger went into the icing lol but that is just me nit picking I think. We don’t eat out a lot, but we will come back when it’s time to again. We wish the hot light was on! Those are the best donuts ever no matter what haha. It was almost $16 for 6 donuts which blew my mind but most prices of anything do that these days.

No complaints on the donuts if you ACTUALLY can get any other than standard glazed. This was my 5th attempt in a month to place an order 4x’s in person and 1x’s ordered through app. All 4 in person times they were out of basically every type of donut except a couple flavors. Placed an order online because the employees said if I did that and they would HAVE TO MAKE THEM. They lied. Not only did I place the order for several hours out online but after driving 18 miles to then pick them up was told they were unavailable to fill my order and had refunded my purchase. I then asked why I didn’t receive a phone call, text or email and they said they did do that. I showed them my incoming call log, and checked my email and text and again…lies. I’m not sure who the franchise owner is but clearly they are absent and don’t pay much attention to how consistently pathetic this location has become or maybe they just don’t care? It used to be great now it’s just a joke. Don’t waste your time unless you just want standard glazed donuts then you will be in luck. However, if you want anything else don’t get your hopes up. I’m done trying.
