The “Buddy Makes Breakfast Donut” is a glazed donut with a donut hole on top, covered with icing to look like spaghetti. I was worried that it was going to be overly sweet and that it was going to be comprised of mostly icing, however, I was pleasantly surprised to find the donut hole underneath. This broke up the sweetness and gave me a bonus donut.

Fantastic Sevice! Had a lady in front of me that had like 100 coupons she printed out or made up, but they couldn’t be scanned so the poor girl working had to manually enter each one, which she did with a smile, even though the old coot seemed irritated. Since it took quite a while, they gave me a couple of Hot Doughnuts it snack on right off the belt. My God, they are so good Hot, just melt in your mouth! Had some fun Christmas themed, doughtnuts.. Santa’s Belly, Sugar Cookie, Holiday Red Velvet, so I got some of them with my usual chocolate over cremed filled. Then, checking out, they gave me a free dozen of original glazed. Just in the area visiting family, wish my KK in Richmond had this customer service! Top Knotch crew and Location!

The lobby was closed. The drive-thru line was slow considering there was only one car in front of us. The donut we ordered was not warm. This is unfortunately the worst Krispy Kreme experience I had. I suggest arriving early (as soon as they open, I guess) to get fresh donuts. But please expect a long wait.

I never have a bad experience here, the employees are always so nice and today was no exception. Our son Austin is Autistic and he loves everyone. Sometimes folks are overwhelmed by his enthusiasm, but not your employees. They were so excited to meet him and so kind to him too. He graduates tomorrow, and leaving school makes him sad. When I found out Krispy Kreme was offering seniors free doughnuts, I had to take him. He LOVES Krispy Kreme. It’s his favorite dessert (especially when y’all have the Oreo donuts), and this experience cheered him up so much. Please thank your employees for me and my husband. This location isn’t at all about the donuts. Don’t get me wrong, the donuts are good, but the employees are the very best part of our visit every single time. Today just happened to be exceptional. Thank you. ♥️

FIX YOUR COFFEE MACHINE. It is inconsistent, one day I get a great americano the next day I get colored water.
I came to krispy kreme to get away from Starbucks…dont make me go back. My friends that followed me to you have already left and gone back to Starbucks.
I like their coffee. Good donuts also.
Update 02172023: Tried the Americano and was also good. Along with a fresh hot donut can’t be beat.

I visited the Krispy Kreme store on Friday, August 15 in the afternoon. The store was not busy, yet the customer service I received was disappointing. The person taking my order did not greet me when I walked up and spoke so softly that I could barely hear her. I had to repeatedly ask her to repeat herself.
She appeared uninterested in taking my order, uninterested in being present at work, lacked enthusiasm, and did not seem engaged in providing good service. She wore tan Beats headphones the entire time, which came across as unprofessional and inattentive to customers. Overall, the customer service felt flat and unwelcoming, making the experience less enjoyable than expected.
