I ordered the 24-count Doughnut Dots today, but what I received were clearly regular doughnuts that had just been cut into pieces — not actual doughnut dots. The pieces were uneven and looked like sliced doughnuts.

I just had to take a moment to shout out Antonio Adkins, working the front counter. The store was very busy, he worked quickly, is extremely respectful, and wears a smile the whole time. He was one of the nicest, most energetic people I’ve encountered in customer service in a long time. It’s not often you come across someone with such a great attitude in customer service around here, and Antonio definitely deserves recognition.

I stopped at your establishment on Feb 14th at approx. 2pm. The lack of donuts were terrible. I only had maybe 6 kind of donuts to choose from. When I asked where the rest were I was told they didn’t have them. The young man hardly opened his mouth and wasn’t pleasant at all. He looked like he just woke up.. When I got home and tried the donuts they weren’t filled at all! I got 2 donuts that were filled Needlessly! I bought 2 dozen. Needless to say I was upset. This isn’t good for your company. Even though it was busy I tried to take that into consideration at the time. You don’t close til 11pm so what was the problem? Not going there again.

Today is sep 27 2025 8pm and the older black gentleman who served my husband and I was fantastic! Additionally the caramel latte in cold and hot form are AMAZING so sweet and delicious! The hot pumpkin latte is good too!
We will certainly be coming back to try the other hot and cold latte flavors! I am DEFINITELY coming here for my lattes from now on too since starbucks dunkin and panera have all been disappointing me with their lattes despite multiple chances and different locations so thank you KK for finally being my latte hero

First of all when I asked for maple doughnuts they told me it was only a west coast item, but then I was able to order online via doordash. Seemed like they lied and just wanted to be lazy. So since then I have tried to ONLY order via doordash so I do not have to talk to their rude employees. Well at 5pm on a Friday well before the 10:45pm cut off time my Door Dasher calls me letting me know they don’t have the doughnuts I ordered. I asked which ones they didnt have, and I could here the Krispy Kreme woman OVER the phone RUDELY stating the doughnuts they had. How is it a whole 5 hours before they close and they only have two types of doughnuts ontop of having rude employees?! I could understand there being a delay but its unacceptable for 1. Availability being incorrectly listed, 2. The level of rudeness demonstrated by the Krispy Kreme employee.

We were craving Krispy Kreme and made the trip from Morehead City to get a couple dozen boxes of doughnuts. Unfortunately they were sold out of everything except for glazed. We were looking forward to a variety of doughnuts especially the Boston cream and the birthday cake.

False advertisement, I was there 15 minutes before close and it looked like an absolute Ghost Town. This is unacceptable. If you’re not going to keep your doors open at least change your time that way people don’t drive 35 minutes across town to be disappointed in the biggest manner possible.
