I placed an order through the mobile app during the Hot-N-Now time slot. When I picked up the box, it didn’t feel warm, but I assumed that was due to the drive home. Once I opened it, I realized the doughnuts were not fresh and tasted old. If I’m spending $19 on doughnuts advertised as Hot-N-Now, I would expect them to be freshly made the same day. I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed.

I always enjoy a visit to Krispy Kreme, doughnuts are very, very good, all time. On Christmas Eve around 9:15 my wife and I ordered on the drive trough. The person at the window was the rudest person I encountered of my many visits to the store. Unfriendly, very dry, and not accommodating at all. This location is so frustrating. They constantly run out of flavors and, instead of making more, they just mark them unavailable online and leave it at that. Then, when they make more the next day, they make them available in part of their menu and forget to in other parts. For example, I can order a single donut in a certain flavor, but if I go to create a dozen, it says that flavor is unavailable because they simply forgot to update their website. So, I can’t create the dozen that I want. This has happened multiple times.

Free donut when I walked in & staff welcomed me. Got 4 amazing lemon filled and 2 custard filled. Tell them u want them to start making the long John’s/ eclaires . That would be nice.

I forgot to post this a couple days ago, but while I was up there in Salisbury, we went and got us some donuts and I tell you their donuts were so fresh so amazing. Definitely will be back and definitely will recommend a lot of people to come in there. Friendly people too, very respectful

Update _ March 2024:
We returned to this particular Krispy Kreme on day 18 of our 10,000 mile railfanning adventure because one year ago we were treated so kindly by the staff at this location (as we’d never been in a Krispy Kreme before)
We arrived today and the staff were…less hospitable. No problem.
We just ordered and ate our donuts, watched the process for a while and left.
It was nice to have arrived in time for a limited time donut event though (st Patrick’s Day donuts)
The filled (cookies and cream filled st Patrick’s day themed) donut that I got was almost all dough…barely a smidgen of gooey gooey creamy goodness inside 🙁
It was pretty to look at though
My donut loving partner was surprised that 6 donuts costs over $13

This was my first visit to a Krispy Kreme and the staff were SO NICE!!!
They offered to take my photo and offered me a free paper hat and showed me the donut making process…which you can see through the glass wall!
I had so much fun and the donuts were beautiful looking and amazing!
Fresh outta the fryer was so good!!

I’ve been coming to this Krispy Kreme drive-thru for 3 years and have always had great service—until I encountered the morning crew recently. A staff member named Maria was extremely rude and refused to provide the specific item I requested. I’ve never had a bad experience here before, so this was very disappointing. Management should address this behavior so loyal customers don’t feel disrespect, when I pull up thru the drive thru window I could tell they were talking bad about us, my two year sitting in the back sit asking for his hat which the afternoon staff usually gives it to him right away was never giving to him very disappointed ☹️. We’re gonna have to find a new donut place for my sweet boy.

I wanted a custard filled donut so bad I even dreamed about it. I finally got one and even half way through my custard filled donut there was still no custard. I was over halfway and finally got some custard. There was only 25% of my donut filled. When we want a custard filled donut there should be custard in almost every bite. I was very disappointed. Nothing beats a custard malasada from Leonards bakery in Hawaii.
