Krispy Kreme has the best donuts! This is the only Krispy Kreme in the Greenville, NC area. We got coupons in the mail and I was able to get a dozen original glazed for $8.99. When we arrived, we went inside to place our order. The employee informed us that they did not have a lot of glazed donuts left, so they were working on making more. I sat outside for a bit because their outdoor seating area was really nice. I went back inside because the roads were busy and it was loud. A few other people had come in by that time, but the employee allowed me to go up to the line since I had asked for a dozen first. I really appreciated that. The donuts were absolutely amazing!

Took my daughter in to pick up a mobile order because I knew she would enjoy seeing how the donuts are made. We were greeted by the nicest worker, Darius. Thank you for the hot, fresh donuts and impeccable service with a smile! My daughter said “if I could give him 100 stars I would!”

I placed a Mobile order for an assorted dozen at 8:58pm on a Friday evening. In the app, I saw a coupon in app for $5 off which prompted me to get a dozen versus a 3 pack lol.
I arrived at 9:06pm. The middle lobby smelled great. It wasn’t a desert smell but very pleasant yet surprising. It was like the small of a fancy hotel lobby.
In the main area, there was an online pickup area but I didn’t see anything. There. My order wasn’t ready yet and they hadn’t even started on it until I told them I was picking up an order.
I received my order at 9:09pm. Staff were friendly and I enjoyed the donuts. One of my chocolate covered donuts was more of a chocolate lined donut, lol. I tried the new strawberry pop-tart donut and I enjoyed it.

The frozen coffees are awesome and the hot and fresh doughnuts melt in your mouth. They are so addictive!! The service was quick and friendly.
Update: Went here last night, the dining room was closed. The sign on the door said it closed at 5, drive thru only. Went thru the drive thru, it seemed as if there was only 1 employee, and she seemed very stressed. They need to hire more employees!!

Pre ordered for a work event 2 days in advance. Was told there would be no problem at all. Gave them a contact number in case any issues arose. No phone call. Get there the morning of pick up and am told they’ve been having their fryer rebuilt and have no donuts for my order. Had they called, I could have made other plans with one of the other 5 or 6 donut places in the area. Instead…nothing. Garbage service. Order was for 18 dozen, this time. Future orders would have been the same or larger. Will go with another shop from now on.

The staff was friendly, the donuts are amazing as always. However this location is disgusting! It needs to be shut down. Dead flys everywhere, a dirt residue half way up the walls, cobwebs everywhere and just filthy. Doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in weeks.

Store interior was clean and in good order. Staff were friendly and quick. I was in and out. Seemed to be a lot of management which could of been why the store was in good order if so please keep it up! I would say not great curb appeal. They do have a drive-thru as well as seating and customer use bathrooms they also do provide highchairs. Lots of donut options available during my visit. Posted store hours are from 6am to 11pm.

Donuts are very overpriced almost $20 for a dozen donuts actually $19.73 . Drive-through is very hard to maneuver when you cannot go in from the 10th St. side and when you make the turn, you have to go down to another business to even turn into the Krispy Kreme parking lot where you wait a good 5 to 10 minutes to get an order place through the drive-through you’re pricing is excessive and the very bad parking lot. They have closed your parking lot in from both sides. I would think that corporate would have said something to the city of Greenville about that.

I just went here and wanted to buy 12 different donuts. I arrived at 10:30 and they close at 11:00 pm. The girl at the counter told us, “No, they only sell two donuts per person. I have three children. Do I have to take all my children to the store so I can buy them?” I understand that you wanted to clear the trays and clean, but if you don’t like your job, just don’t do it. Or maybe because I’m Latina and you discriminated against me? I won’t go back to this store.
