Absolutely the best tasting donuts around.. but however, donuts nowadays are very very freaking pricey.. I don’t know where where it went wrong when donuts should be $2 or $3 a dozen. Now they’re like $20 a dozen.. unbelievable!

Krispy Kreme headquarters sent me a voucher for a free dozen at any location after complain to them kudos for them this owner should be reprimanded so send comments to KK headquarters Stopped at this location have not eaten Krispy Kreme in some time my wife went in got a dozen glazed and a dozen mixed she informed me it was over $35 I told her last time we would have Krispy Kreme came home looked on internet site said order online and glazed would be $1 so we payed double because she walked in why didn’t someone in the store tell her to order online this is a joke to rip off walk ins NEVER AGAIN !!! To add to the review my wife and I decided to eat raspberry filled donuts this morning had to eat 3/4 of the donut to find filling they may have had a thimble full of filling Krispy Kreme needs to clean house at this location and start over. Drove 45 minutes to this Burlington location; (even though the Krispie Kreme in Durham is closer; but the Durham location has been VERY disappointing to both my Dad and I the 3 times we visited; so we are done with that location).
Anyway. Arrived at the Krispie Kreme in Burlington; and they as usual had a vast array of donuts to select from (did not give the excuses like Durham’s location gives of being out of just about anything you ask for).
I asked for 3 original glazed Kreme filled; and ANTONIO stated “No problem”.
He even asked would I like to try any other of the Krispie Kreme products to go along with my order.
Now, mind you; I traveled there only to get the Kreme filled donuts that thank the Heavens Krispie Kreme finally brought back.
ANTONIO, did went and made me 3 fresh glazed Kreme filled donuts and packaged them in individual bags so that I could drop them off to friends. He went above and beyond in doing so; making me a happy customer and bragging on the service received at this Burlington Krispie Kreme to the recipients of the donuts and other friends of mine.
ANTONIO is indeed an asset to the Krispie Kreme team and exudes the very BEST customer service.

We had a wonderful experience this morning! Meagan and Bodhi were fantastic and the food/drinks were delicious. My girls had never been to a Krispy Kreme before and without even knowing that, they made their first experience amazing. Super nice and gave them hats to wear!

2.33 per doughnut overall for 6! That is outrageous. Fresh light never comes on and the people working in there are not friendly at all. I have not been to a Krispy Kreme anywhere without having some child treating me like a cash Popsicle. No smile not thank for your business.

The staff were extremely nice and polite. My grandson and I were looking at the donuts being glazed. To my surprise , a nice young man asked us if we wanted a sample. “Of course!” Delicious! We will be back!

The staff at this location are just TOP notch. We have become regulars because my kids just love them so much! The doughnut lady is just the best human in the world! But when we went today and she wasn’t working- the other staff were JUST as fun and sweet. we love them! And of course doughnuts are YUM!
