I went last Wednesday and was told they were out of literally every donut but the plain ones. Which is fine, I get it stuff happens, but this wasnt the 1st or even 2nd time ive been told this. And then yesterday my husband picked up a box of the holiday donuts and they had so little filling, my son was convinced they were all empty. They weren’t but pretty close. This location is a wash.

We first visited this location on Sunday, December 21st. We were saddened when we pulled up to the drive thru menu monitor to see handwritten signs stating “no donuts” and “no glaze”. We returned on December 31st to see another sign in the drive thru, handwritten again, “no donuts”. I decided we should try going inside to double check. The door had a sign stating “no donuts”; however, we walked inside and saw doughnuts in the case and on the belt freshly made. As we waited in line inside, an employee proceeded to lock all the doors and remove the handwritten sign and replace it with a “drive thru only” printed sign. We left with 2 dozen doughnuts and circled around to see the same handwritten sign”no donuts” sign still on the drive thru menu monitor. Signs like these dismiss any potential business. There were plenty of doughnuts left to be sold.

Not sure what’s going on NYE- short staffed? Burnt out? They had a “no donuts” sign on their windows and doors yet they were making fresh donuts. Maria was sweet, accommodating and kind. The other woman making the donuts and Maria, needed help from their co-workers who didn’t seem to be doing much to help. Perhaps management could make sure they are fully staffed on holidays and offer additional incentive to work on a busy holiday.

This location is a total disappointment. The drive-thru was the only option, and 5 out of our 6 donuts were either incorrect or poorly made. The Strawberry Sprinkle Donuts barely had any sprinkles and the Chocolate Kreme Filled was actually Chocolate custard filled. Absolutely not worth the price if this is the effort they give.

Fresh and hot donuts, plus fresh and hot coffee. The machine was just spinning up with fresh donuts as we walked in for coffee so of course, we had to get a donut that was not even a minute old before we enjoyed it. Yummy!
The store is clean. Creamers and sugar station was stocked properly. I even got a paper hat.

We used the drive-thru, but this is a full-service store, complete with “hot now” doughnuts! You can’t get any fresher than that, and the flavor reflects that freshness.
The drive-thru service was friendly, accurate and quick: exactly what you want when traveling.
We pinned this store to our car’s GPS so we definitely plan to be back anytime we are in the area. I’ll bet you will too.

Me and my family arrived at 2:01 pm on wensday February the 4th. Once upon arrival into the store there was a horrible smell. As we got to the cashier he was hateful. I asked is this all the donuts you have? He replied with yes. Then I looked over and saw more donuts ready for pickup. After he got the box of donuts he didn’t say anything. So I payed he didn’t say anything. So we said “have a great day and come back” to ourselves. We will not even step foot on this property again. I will be sticking to the best donuts at the original Winston-Salem location.

I went up to the counter and downloaded the app real quick which took me all of 20 or thirty seconds he scanned my rewards barcode and proceeded to inform me that I could’ve taken care of that later which was definitely unnecessary I then paid with my card for some reason he had to call a manager over to look at my rewards and I asked if everything was ok and he said none of your concern I was kind of taken back by this response she the manager then came back over and shoved the donuts at me I did not receive a receipt or anything And I proceeded to walk out I did not like how I was treated by this gentleman that was working the front!!!
