Always a sweet treat. Got a couple dozen at great prices. Of course had too have one before we even got out of the lot. Super friendly. Parking g lot can be tough. Try not to park where youll get blocked in by drive through. Charleston drivers are not as friendly.

I usually get good service but this time the order was wrong and the donuts we got were hard stopped back in to just talk to the manager he acted like we were trying to get free donuts lol even with me having my drink in my hand that was made wrong he had a very rude attitude, we will definitely be going to Dunkin at least they get the drink right and the donuts are not hard and they are eatable! To bad because we went every Sunday there loss for treating customers poorly

Usually great! How can you mess up a fresh donut? This last time the must have been low on supplies, our donuts were not fresh. Saw them taking them out of boxes, not out of the case, as normal with fresh ones.

Cute as ever. The service has lost a step. Maybe everyone was tired from a big morning rush. The donuts are as good as you remember. Warm off the conveyor belt is an incredible experience. Your cardiologist will thank you.

This was my first time in a Krispy Kreme store. Super friendly staff. Super clean facility. Great selection of super fresh products ready for purchase.
I’ve had their donughts before, but getting them fresh straight off the production line makes them so much more enjoyable. Watching the production behind the counter was impressive and mind-blowing.
I don’t remember the young lady who took my order, but she had an awesome bubbly attitude and made sure my visit was a positive one. !!!
If you’re in the area, swing by and say hello, watch the production line for a few, and grab some super fresh snacks. They have a drive thru, so if you’re in a rush or the parking lot is full, you can still get some tasty treats !.

I absolutely enjoy Krispy Kreme donuts and at this location a very sweet and kind girl who was an employee came up to me while I was waiting and offered me a free donut. I wish I could have gotten her name. However, an employee who I was doing an actual order and transaction with was not kind. To describe this employee he had black glasses, brown short hair, and is on the heavier side. He has no customer service skills. He was completely distant with his tone and actions. Anytime I was saying something he would look off into the other direction as if I was keeping him from doing something else more important. All around he was very rude, not someone I would have working front counter.

Today we bought two dozen Valentine’s Day donuts. They are charging 30 cents extra per doughnut. Then refused to give us our doughnuts in the Valentine’s box because we selected our own. $37 for two dozen. How tacky! Won’t go back The glazed are the best doughnuts in the store. The filled doughnuts are not worth getting. The amount of filling can be placed in a thimble – there cannot be more than a teaspoon of filling! The filled glazed are excellent when available. Best time to visit is when the hot sign is on.

Picked up Krispy Kreme as a gift to the nurses of the children’s hospital in Richmond who have taken amazing care of my son. They were greatly appreciated and enjoyed by all, I had a couple of the seasonal donuts during the drive. Absolutely love Krispy Kreme can’t wait to go back.
