I really like this kind of donut. It is quite oily, but at the same time very soft and delicious. The employees are generally friendly; however, I was disappointed by how the cashier spoke to a DoorDash driver. When he was looking for his order on the table, she raised her voice and said, “Sir, don’t touch—someone will come to give you the order.”
Respect is very important for everyone. Just as customers deserve respect when they come to buy, delivery drivers also deserve to be treated kindly and professionally. They are working hard to earn a living and support their families. We are all on the same level—customers, employees, and drivers alike. The situation could have been handled more politely, for example by saying, “One moment, sir, I’ll help you,” using a calm and respectful tone.

Walked into Krispy Kreme and immediately felt like I was touring Willy Wonka’s dessert factory — but for donuts. The conveyor belt of fresh, glossy donuts rolling out like little sugary soldiers? Hypnotic. I could’ve stood there all day just watching them come to life.
Tons of flavors, all dangerously good. And when they told me they had a dozen for $12 special, well… twist my rubber arm. I walked out with two dozen. Don’t judge — we all have our weaknesses.
Only downside? Their frozen coffee machines were down, so no caramel frappe for me. But honestly, the second they told me about that $12 deal, all was forgiven. Donuts > caffeine. Every time.

The best hot-donuts place in town! Le – Vietnamese lady who is super generous and friendly, she always gives us hot donuts every time we meet her there. 100% worth it to drive 30 mins here

Our visit to Krispy Kreme was beyond special! My wife and I chose this location for our gender reveal, and they knocked it out of the park. Kenny was the first to go above and beyond—he didn’t just say yes or no. He actually went out of his way to ask Mercedes, the supervisor, if they could make these special donuts happen. Kenny was determined that we wouldn’t leave without a clear answer—his persistence was fantastic.
Mercedes then stepped in and made everything happen. Together, they created something truly memorable for our growing family. The whole team at this location was friendly and welcoming, from the drive-through to checkout. The donuts were fresh and delicious, the store spotless, and the service was second to none.
This place deserves far more than five stars—10 at least! We’ll definitely be back, and if you’re considering a visit, this location will make you feel as special as they did for us!

I loved Krispy Kreme for as long as I can remember! I came here because I wanted that warm fresh of the production line donut, instead every one of my six different flavors donuts was stale!! Coffee old too! You gotta do better than this guys!

An employee named Le seemed to be in a bad mood and treated me terribly. I was with my 5-year-old son, and she told me to hurry up, that she didn’t have all the time in the world. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially because of this woman who works there; her name is Le.

Donuts are great and staff were very nice. Latte machine was not working and the coffee wasn’t very good. The bathrooms were in rough shape. We would get the donuts to go next time and take them somewhere else to enjoy.

Krispy Kreme on Richmond Highway-Went in for some fresh donuts and a cup of decaf. Glazed donuts were on the assembly line! Hot and fresh! Store is busy! Ordering is quick but paying is slow. Ordered decaf and staff had to brew. Took about ten minutes. Staff had trouble with the brewing machine. Coffee was bland , watered down and not all that hot. Donuts were fresh. 3.5 stars.
