I wanted to treat my family to some Krispy Kreme doughnuts and the one that had been near us in Philadelphia is no longer open so we drove out to North Wales since we were also probably going to do some Christmas shopping. There’s a few people in front of us when we got there, so that was good because they gave us a chance to figure out what we wanted. We went there specifically for Snoopy donuts but they told us that they didn’t have any, but they had some of the other peanuts donuts like the Charlie Brown ornament and the Santa belly, etc. we ordered one box of the peanuts, inspired donuts and then we ordered another dozen of mixed donuts. The service was extremely slow, and the gentleman waiting on us really didn’t look like he knew what he was doing. There were some other employees milling around, but not really helping he started to ring us up and tell us the price and I’m trying to explain to him that I also wanted to order a coffee and it took him forever to bring it up and then he said he’d get me my coffee, but he was going to take the rest of the people in line 1st because of course a line built up. We sat down with our donuts, etc. and he took care of all the other people and I had a feeling I was not going to get the coffee so I went up and he asked me what I wanted and I said I would like the coffee that I ordered and then he was like oh And it was just an iced original glazed coffee with cream and sugar, and he took forever to finally get me a coffee and then he just pointed over to where there was sugar, etc., and told me that I had to put it in myself and then he apologize for the wait. He was very nice, but he mumbled everything. I could barely understand what he was saying, but I did realize he was apologizing so I just said thank you and I took it and sat down. We always love a good Krispy Kreme doughnut but unfortunately, the whole experience at this location very depressing and after spending almost $50 I don’t think I will be back at this Krispy Kreme anytime soon. It was nice though to see the gentleman making the donuts… That was kind of cool.

A few years ago tried Krispy Kreme donuts for the first time in Galway Ireland and thought they were really good! Today I decided to walk in to try them at this location. I ordered two donuts the Biscoff Cookie Butter filled and a chocolate iced with sprinkles which came to just under $5. The place seemed pretty clean, only a couple people in line when I got there, and the lady behind the counter was very kind in helping me with my order and even offered to give me a free hot glazed donut for it being my first time there. After seeing so many video online of others reviewing Krispy Kreme and trying their new flavors they alway looked so big and delicious. But to me they were smaller than I would have liked. I even had a hard time telling the difference between the minis and regular sizes at first glance. As far as the taste I will say the glazed was good, the Biscoff Cookie Butter filled donut was very good! and the chocolate iced was alright. The most disappointing thing to me really was the size. I just wish they were bigger for the same price. Yum Yums is still far better in my opinion; being twice as big, cheaper, and more satisfying. Will I come back here again? Yeah probably but only on rare occasions. This has nothing to do with the service I received either since my experience here was good here. It’s just the size to price ratio for Krispy Kreme isn’t entirely worth it to me. I would say Krispy Kreme is a bit better than Dunkin which I don’t go to either unless it’s the only option in the area. Yum Yums still takes the crown in making the best donuts and that’s where I will be going whenever I am craving a donut

I had a very disappointing experience at the Krispy Kreme North Wales location today.
I placed an online order for two dozen donuts with a scheduled pickup time of 12:02 PM and arrived shortly after. My order was not ready, which I understand can happen. However, the real issue was the customer service. I was clearly waiting in the pickup area, yet the employee at the counter completely ignored me for about 15 minutes while continuing to serve other customers. If they had simply acknowledged me or said, “Please wait a moment,” I would not have felt upset at all. Instead, I was left standing there without any response until another employee finally helped me. This felt very unprofessional.
Additionally, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the donuts. There was an advertised promotion for National Glazed Doughnut Day where you could buy any dozen and get an Original Glazed dozen for $2, so I purchased two boxes. Unfortunately, the Original Glazed donuts I received did not seem fresh at all. They appeared to be leftover from the previous day. I am very familiar with Krispy Kreme donuts, and these were noticeably firm, dry, and lacked the softness of freshly made donuts. It was obvious as soon as I opened the box.
It honestly felt like I was given old donuts, which was especially upsetting considering this was a promotional offer advertised for that day. Between the poor customer service and the unacceptable product quality, this experience left me with a very bad impression.

Will say the fall specialty donuts were kinda mid (my friend really liked the apple one but I could take it or leave it). The standard glazed ones or the pumpkin glazed donuts are where it’s at.

It took a couple of minutes for someone to come to the drive-through because they were cleaning up a spill inside (I saw through the window), but the girl who came to take my order was very polite and professional. Once there, she completed my order and got me out of there in under a minute.

We stopped in for a last minute and late night coffee/donut run. We are from out of town and on our way home, we ran into Sonya @ Krispy Kreme She is so friendly and awesome! She made our experience so pleasant and fun for us and our toddler! Sonya even gave us fresh warm donuts, which were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this location and we look forward to seeing Sonya again when we’re in town!
Highly recommend the original glazed and special snoopy donut! The Boston donut was great too! You honestly can’t go wrong with any donut there.

I visited the store recently and I felt compelled to write this review. The cashier-Bryce provided great customer service! He was patient with me while I picked my donuts & friendly to my grandson. The donuts were fresh and my family loved them. The store looked clean, the station where the napkins etc was neat/organized. I will be back

Visited twice, Drive thru is always closed due to having a short staff. The Cashier/clerk has been missing both times I had to grab the attention of the staff frying the donuts so they can go grab the person in the back area. Place looks like nice but with this kind of staff it wont be long till they are gone unfortunately.

Hands down the best donuts I’ve had in ages. Super fresh, perfectly soft on the inside with that slight crisp on the outside—just how I like them. The glaze melts in your mouth, and the filled ones? Insane. I could eat a dozen of the custard-filled ones by myself. Staff is friendly too. Highly recommend!
