I’m only giving one star because I had to in order to leave this review.
I went in to order three Krispy Finger meals with crispy fries. I politely asked if the fries could be made fresh and crispy. The manager told me they do not re-drop fries or cook fresh ones and that we would have to “take it like it is.” When I questioned this, he rudely walked away and told me he was refusing to serve me — all because I simply asked for crispy fries for three full meals.
The restaurant itself was very unclean. There were no hair nets being worn, no food gloves while serving and cooking, and large portions of food were sitting under heat lamps. The floors were dirty, and the overall environment felt poorly maintained.
It’s very disappointing that a simple request for fresh fries resulted in refusal of service. This establishment appears poorly managed, and the customer service was even worse. I recorded the entire interaction.

My first time ordering food there, the gentleman that worked at the drive thru was very helpful and suggested what I should get . The food was delicious. My favorite was the fried chicken and fried okra . I will definitely go back !

Chicken tenders are great best in town and the biscuits are amazing. Service could be better and more friendly. Atmosphere was not good. Seemed as if no one wanted to be there and were just clock watching and coping with the customers. And the price per portion is more expensive than I had realized

Came through the drive-through ordered three piece whole wing dinner with an added thigh with fried okra as my side but instead I got two piece white with french fries. I should have checked my order before I drive away. When I called up there it’s just an answering machine. Plus Everything was too salty. That’s it for me.

Update 2/5/25 A year ago I scored Krispy Chic a 5. I couldn’t wait to get back, so as soon as I did I ordered that great chic sandwich. It was not great and I didn’t check until I got home which was 45 minutes away. Very disappointed. That was the best chicken sandwich I have had in a long time. Thank you for the excellent

The staff are Wonderful!! Very friendly. The food was cooked Hot and Fresh and was very delicious. I wish we had this in Pooler, Ga. The chicken is the good size pieces. Not the pigeon that most of the chain restaurants have gone too. Prices here are reasonable too. The chicken chains have gone price crazy. I love Krispy Chic!!
