I’ve never been inside the bar, but I have ordered daiquiris from the drive-through. The daiquiris are ok, but they could be mixed better in my opinion. Katy’s is a very popular bar though so they must be doing something right on the inside.

Got a watermelon daiquiri and it didn’t even taste like watermelon. It didn’t taste right at all. Asked the owner if I could get something else because it didn’t taste right. She pretty much blew me off and told me I had to pay for another one if I wanted something else. Would give half a star if I could.
