The food was overall really good. It was their “wing night” when we went, which meant their wings were $1.25 a piece. A little pricey IMO but they were really good. My girlfriend got their 6 wings with fries combo. They had 2 options for the wings “wet” or their award winning dry rub. She chose the dry rub. They were large, meaty wings and had great flavor. They were just a touch overcooked and almost dry but were still very good and their dry rub, which if I remember correctly, they said was similar to a garlic parm, had really good flavor. The fries were fresh and she got them “boardwalk style” which essentially just meant they were seasoned with Old Bay seasoning. We also got their cheesesteak fries and their “fried jalapeños”. The cheesesteak fries were fresh and topped decently with steak, peppers, onions, a cheese sauce, ranch, and I believe Pico if IIRC. The steak was a little lacking and a little overcooked. They were thicker slices of steak rather than what you would have thought would be shaved cheesesteak style steak. The fries were quite greasy and there was quite a bit if oil laying in the bottom of the plate like they hadn’t been drained properly after coming out if the frier and there were some fries that were undercooked, not necessarily crunchy, but just not crisped at all. Overall, it was pretty good but not something I’d order again. The waitress brought out cups of their “green sauce” which she said was made by the owners grandmother and her recipe. It was very good for dipping the fries in. It seemed to be mayonnaise based with herbs and a strong taste of cilantro which I love. The “fried jalapeños”, aren’t what we thought they were. We thought they were actual slices of jalapeño that had been breaded and fried but they were actually just regular cream cheese jalapeño poppers. They were good and cooked well, just not what we expected. I got the Caribbean chicken curry. It was really really good. Not overly spicy but had a little kick. It was served with white rice which was very good mixed with the curry. The chunks of chicken in it had a very good taste but were slightly overcooked and just a touch rubbery. The curry itself had amazing flavor and had a sort of coconut curry taste to it. Overall, I really enjoyed it and would absolutely order it again however the portion size could be just a tad bigger. The prices were pretty reasonable on the entrees but I felt the price for the cheesesteak fries and the jalapeño poppers was a little high. The menu we were provided had the jalapeño poppers priced at $12.50 however I was charged $13.99 for them. When I pointed this out when we got ready to pay, the waitress stated that their menus had been mis-printed and appologized but didn’t offer to honor the price shown which irritated me slightly but I didn’t press it. Aside from that, the service was perfect. The waitress was extremely nice and took the time to explain things about the menu and restaurant, make suggestions, and answer any questions we had. She did excellent keeping our drinks (water) full, and checked on us regularly. The wait time on the food to arrive was reasonable. They were pretty much dead when we were there aside from a few customer sitting at the bar. We sat on the dining room side of the restaurant and had the whole place to ourselves the entire time we were there. The building is a little older and in some ways a little run down, but they had decorated the dining room as best as I feel they could given the building and the space they had. It wasn’t overdone though and the atmosphere was warm and homely feeling. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and I absolutely recommend giving them a try. I will definitely be back and hope to see them succeed.

This was my second time going to KC but the first time actually eating there. The first time we only had drinks and it was a nice experience. This time we came and sat at a table on the bar side. The server was nice and came to get our order shortly after sitting. To start, they only had coke, sweet tea, unsweetened tea or water. I ordered a coke and once it got there, the syrup in it was very light and tasted very poor. They do not have a kids menu which is okay but just difficult to choose from with picky
eaters. The desserts offered churros, cake or pie but they only had churros available. We ended up ordering a burger with fries, beef tacos and chicken tenders and fries. The burger was well seasoned and tasted good. The fries were very bland and tasted of poor quality grease. The chicken tenders were very thin and tasted of the same poor grease quality. The beef tacos were extremely greasy and only one was eaten because of the amount of grease dripping off. The atmosphere isn’t set up badly but was rather overstimulating with two children running up and down the walk way in the building. The food is priced a bit higher for the quality of the products. Ultimately just wasn’t a great experience that I would recommend.

Had the wings tried the dry rub parmesan and garlic and regular buffalo wings, both were excellent! Crunchy and very tasty! Also, I had the fried plantains and fried yucca. Both were really good! Fries came with Old Bay seasoning. I loved them! Service was awesome. Our server was great and very attentive! They have a home made green sauce a must try

We just discovered this place and it’s definitely our new “go to”. The food is very unique and absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is wonderful for families. There’s a little corner with toys for the kids to play with and keep them entertained. There’s games we can play as a family while we wait on our food. What an awesome idea! I don’t know why more places don’t do this. I can’t wait to go back and try everything on their menu. DEFINITELY recommend!!

Lomo over pasta was a brand new experience to me. I was also pleased that the “mild” is extremely flavorful! Definitely worth checking out the menu.

Wonderful dinner and wonderful service! A hidden gem in town for good food at reasonable prices. My husband got the KC Special Platter and a beer, and I got plantains, a small side of black beans and a small side of white rice (somewhat of a makeshift veggie plate). It was all very tasty and filling! The restaurant is perfectly cozy on a cold Fall night. We will be back!

My experience here was fantastic! The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. The employees are so nice and friendly and very helpful if you have any questions. I loved it so much I came back immediately! It did not disappoint. Presentation of the food is beautiful and it tastes fantastic. My favorite dish was the chicken lomo, I still have so much to try but they definitely don’t disappoint. Definitely recommend coming to Krazy Chicken!

We discovered KC when we first came to Kingsport and it quickly became our favorite spot. The food, drinks and service have been consistently great and the staff is just amazing. Every dish is absolutely delicious. It is also nice that there are Keto friendly dishes on the menu. Keep up the great work.

Restaurant is more of a bar on one side and a restaurant on the other. The parking is in the back. I’ve passed by the place hundreds of times but never stopped until I met their DJ today who suggested it. My hairdresser also loves this place. So today I decided to come in. Both the bar and “restaurant” part are clean. There are a couple of televisions in it. There is plenty of seating. There is a mixture of dining tables to sit at as well as sofas and unique barrel style chairs to sit on. The service is friendly. We had a cheeseburger and the Cuban sandwich. The Cuban is great although it isn’t on traditional Cuban bread. It’s on a toasted round bun but it was great. The cheeseburger was cooked as requested and was good. All food was served hot and the portions of fries was big enough to take home. We had the seasoned fries which are fries covered in Old Bay seasoning. They were great. We both had water. Total for the bill was a little over $25.00.
