Fantastic old fashioned Jewish Deli!!! Corned Beef and Pastrami (they use Navel which is like Kobe Beef) was superb / not salty and ultra flavorful. Service was quick and friendly. Excellent meal!

Just heard about this place yesterday and made the drive over. What a great find. Food was absolutely delicious and the service was some of the friendliest I can remember. They serve breakfast and lunch only. Very nice bakery items too. Highly recommend.

First time here and we’ll definitely be back! I ordered the Northside and my wife had the Reuben—both were absolutely stacked with flavor and made with care. The bread was grilled perfectly, the meats were tender, and the slaw had the right crunch to balance it all out.
The vibe inside feels like a time capsule in the best way possible—vintage diner stools, a classic deli counter, and friendly staff who made us feel right at home.
Whether you’re just passing through Youngstown or you’re local, this place is a gem. Old-school deli done right since 1939.

I dined in and had left overs I took and I also took out a loaf of Rye bread (which was still warm ) and two bagels. The Rueben was perfect, … including the thousand island dressing and great pickle of course. Coleslaw for side which I like because it’s fresh and not too sweet.
Best of all was my server. She is so awesome every time I see her there! I have to find my receipt and see if her name is on it. I know, I should remember… but hey.
Anyway Love Kravitz and today couldn’t have been more than perfect!

Kravitz deli is one of my go-to places when I’m craving a great deli sandwich. Located in Liberty twp. Ohio, it’s only a few miles from my home. This is a small, family owned business that been here for years. I swear it has some of the best soups & sandwiches in the area. You have the option of dining in or take out, I’ve utilized both. Today I chose to dine in and enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant. It was busy as usual but I was able to find a seat. The seating options are tables, booth’s or counter, I went with the counter/ bar stool. My waitress was very friendly & attentive, she took my drink & food order quickly. I decided on the Turkey club with a cup of chicken noodle soup. The sandwich & soup were absolutely delicious! After I finished my lunch, I went to the bakery counter to check out the sweets. The giant chocolate chip cookie caught my eye, so I got it to go, a sweet treat for the road. If you love great soups & deli sandwiches, you simple must check out Kravitz’s. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Im 63 years old…and just went to Kravitz Deli for the 1st time…and…WOW…it’s like my grandma is working in their kitchen. As a BIG SOUP LOVER…and big pickles…I need to go there more often…that’s for sure

We enjoy our Kravitz run at least once a month. Rubens, Dr Browns sodipops with a Russian Tea Cake to top off the meal! Always great service. They know what we want as soon as the greet us.

I needed a good corned beef and pastrami sandwich and found this place 42 miles from my home in eastern Mercer County PA. This was incredible! One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! Everything about it was perfect, don’t change a thing! Just look at the photo… It’s beautiful! And the server was great too! Now I need to find reasons to go to Youngstown at lunch time!

This place is a true delicatessen destination place to come and eat. You can even have a cold beer or a mixed drink if you would like. But the corn beef, Is unbelievably delicious. Is best around period.
