Kravings is one of the best food experiences I have had in quite some time. I don’t live nearby but if I ever find my way to greater Detroit area, I make it a priority to stop here for a meal, day or night. The eatery is always clean, and the staff is very friendly and conversive. In fact, the manager personally stopped by our table to ask how the meal was going and inquired if everything tasted good. I highly recommend the hamburgers on the menu, available in various iterations, as they are consistently prepared to perfection and may well be the finest burgers I’ve sampled in the United States. The establishment offers excellent combo meal options, including the added benefit of unlimited refills on fountain sodas!!! Additionally, they provide a diverse selection of freshly prepared takeout and to-go options. I will definitely need to find more excuses to travel here more often.

Reasons you should get Kravings schnitzel sandwiches: 1. So many bread options to use. You can a burger bun, rye bread, jalapeno bun, and even a challah bun.
2. The schnitzel is deep fried and oily and Geshmak. It’s breaded just right.
3. Comes out to a delicious sandwich, with a touch of the delicious Kravings mayo.
Overall, great place, nice prices, and good staff.

November 2025 – my work has used this wonderful restaurant a couple more times. However, today we had chicken and two salads. The grilled chicken was very good. I received thumbs up and a good call on th chicken and salad. A big shout out to the guy who delivered our food. Wonderful place and worth visiting.
June 2023 – my work did catering for a meeting. We ordered two of the assorted wrap platters and the 15-20 fresh fruit platter. We also received pickles for each platter. Also 6 containers of condiments – mustard, mayo and ranch. The vegetarian wrap was a big hit. I think the chicken was another big hit but the turkey was ok. Overall, we will try them again and try another platter. The driver was great and sorry for not getting his name but he was awesome. He was kind enough to wait till I got help. Asked to make sure we needed anything else before he left.

Stopped for lunch. Not one person said hello. Ordered on kiosk and waited and waited and waited while the rest of the place was empty. Received $40 worth of food for 2 people and , again, no one spoke. Plastic utensils kept snapping in half. Would not recommend.

Had dinner with my family there. Food was mediocre but the tables were dirty and sticky. Also they stop selling sushi early in the day and the touch screens to order from are very confusing and difficult to use. They also have a very limited beverage selection. Do not recommend.

Honestly, I rarely leave low rated reviews, but this was mid at best. I’ve passed this place so many times and see them on food delivery apps and never had a chance to stop in. I honestly wish I hadn’t. The food was way overpriced. The service (front desk) was poor, and the atmosphere was not great. I walked in and immediately was cut off by children running in front of me (love kids btw, I mean kids are going to be kids) but I look up and see there is absolutely no space at the tables bc one or 2 families had them and their multiple children spread out over 4 tables in addition to the ones running around aimlessly. I wanted to sit down, so that was clearly not happening. Secondly, as we were placing our order, we were interrupted by a customer. Instead of the cashier telling them to hold on as I was finishing, she stopped me to get them condiments. We finished our order for 1 burger, 1 sandwich, and an extra fry came to $53! That’s outrageous. I was taken aback but was hoping that maybe the food is just that amazing. It….was not. It also wasn’t mentioned that sandwiches/burger do NOT come with fries or a side. I couldnt believe 1 burger & fry amounted to $36 by themselves even with an extra patty bc its only 5oz. I loved that they’re kosher but I’ve had better. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich for myself and was disappointed in lack of flavor and overdoneness. I tried a tiny piece of the burger out of the $53 curiosity, and honestly that wasn’t the greatest either. I understand it’s business, but not being able to even sit down and eat, the service not be informative or even asking if I’d like to add a side was just very off-putting. I’m not sure if I’ll be back, I saw they had sushi, but I’m not impressed. I’ve had better halal & kosher down the street and even dtwn detroit or Birmingham and paid 1/3 of the price. I just wish the food matched the hype. I will say the food was made 15-20min and I saw they have pre-made proteins & salads, but that was probably the only plus. Perhaps maybe another time, but no time soon unfortunately.
