First time trying Krave Shack, and I was really impressed with the food. The burgers were some of the best I’ve had, and the onion rings were perfectly crispy. The flavor of the smash burger was better than just about any burger l’ve ordered, and I loved that it was a smash burger–two patties didn’t feel overwhelming at all.
The spot itself was cute, though I wasn’t entirely sure about handicap or wheelchair accessibility, as there appeared to be a raised step near most of the seating.
Service was friendly but a bit awkward; there wasn’t much of a greeting, and the staff were mute until we placed our order. Like he just stood there.
That said, the food was amazing, and I’d definitely go back for the same meal.

Absolutely amazing smash burger. The patty was perfectly crispy on the edges, juicy inside, and packed with flavor. The bun was soft and buttery, and everything, from the melted cheese to the fresh toppings, was spot on and well balanced. You can tell real care goes into the food here. Easily one of the best smash burgers I’ve had in the area. Krave Shack is a must-try in Manassas.

Place is clean and staff is friendly. Ordered the chicken over rice and gyro over rice with sauces on the side. Everything was fresh and the rice was perfect! They also sell both walnut and pistachio baklava on the counter. Only recommendation I would give is to place labels in front of the fresh lemonade and green tea mint lemonade cup area so customers know quickly which is which along with labels of the other items in the refrig. There’s a soda refrig behind the counter and smaller refrig under the counter where lemonade and other desserts are found.

I stumbled across the Krave Shack while running errands, and was totally surprised when I learned that this new Halal restaurant was in the area. When I entered the restaurant I was greeted and given time to look at the menu. I ordered two dinners to go. As I watched them make my order I noticed the use of fresh ingredients, a clean kitchen, and people who care about the food and service they were providing. Also, the design/layout of the restaurant was inviting and warm. I particularly love the neon sign on the back wall, which is great for taking selfies. Finally, when I got home and opened the containers the food was hot, plated well, and pure deliciousness.

Coming from a bowling tournament nearby, my daughter found this place at the last minute. My daughter ordered off the Rice Plate menu, she got Fried Fish Over Rice, included optional White Sauce and Hot Sauce which she included. I decided not to order.
While eating in my vehicle she later offered me a bite at the light. I was really surprised at the taste, I turned around and drove back to get the same exact order. The dish comes with 2 fried fish, yellow rice, red onion, sauces, seasoned fries, 2 pieces of pita bread, lettuce and tomatoes, the combination was excellent.
Service was excellent but no military discount but they offered fireman and police. I was not greeted upon entering. I will still visit again as everything else was excellent. Clean interior. Definitely comeback and try other items as I’m 42 minutes away.

My husband and I wanted to try something new. He got the lamb over rice platter and I got the chicken over rice platter. It was so good. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. We will definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience at Krave Shack with my kids! Their burgers are delicious, flavorful, and perfect for anyone who loves halal food. My kids really enjoyed it too.
I also want to highlight the service. When I was paying and leaving a tip, the staff member a guy with a beard handled it with such respect and professionalism he respectfully looked away, giving me the confidence to decide how much to tip. It was a small gesture, but it made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.
Great food, friendly atmosphere, and staff who truly respect their customers highly recommend, especially if you’re visiting with kids!

Krave Shack in Manassas is such a great spot! I love that their food is halal, and the smash burgers are absolutely delicious — juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly, the vibe is welcoming, and the service is quick. Definitely one of my go-to places for a great burger!
