Purchased 2 disposable vape, one was a defect. I tested it in front of them. They didn’t bother to offer refund or exchange. Cashier had attitude and was unprofessional. I recommend purchasing at another store that’s professional. So I ended up leaving the defect vape product on their cashier desk. Left the store respectfully. Hopefully you guys don’t make the same mistake. Lesson learned.

On several occasions the same store attendant would neglect or hesitate to serve me and other Black Customers. Other Customer of white or brown Brown skin color, he would RUSHED to serve them. On July 20 2020, at about 8:30 PM, I went into the Krauszer Food Store and Deli at 525 Avenel Avenue in Avenel, to purchase some lottery. I went in and started checking my tickets, then stood behind a gentleman. When this store attendant, (not Danny) finished serving the gentlemen. He walked away, then start writing on lottery receipts, then start walking back and forth. I stood there with the lottery ticket held up in my hand visible. It was when I became frustrated and raised my voice. He said I should have call for service. This situation happened multiple times. Please investigate this situation, and help your business establish a good customer service business.
