Ordered the food online. A new service they provide. It was so fast and easy to do the ordering and the pick up process went very smoothly. I do believe there is a small fee of .99 cents to order online… not a big deal…..it is convenient….The pizza was superb. When you want toppings on your pizza, they give ‘em to ya. You get what ya want! Unlike other pizza places around here.
The food tonight was DELICIOUS
the parking area to pick up isn’t very accessible, especially when it’s busy around the area.
Only concern was the Jojos were more like the thin cuts. Skinny and little. We ordered the regular ones. Oh well, they were good either way. ♀️

Ordered a super with no mushrooms. Got a super with what seems to be extra mushrooms.
Also service was terrible. It’s usually good. Maybe greeting someone or acknowledging them when they walk in the door. And tossing the pizza on the counter and not telling a price is not helpful either. Or say your welcome when someone says thank you. Workers were to busy talking instead of paying attention to the customer.

Popped in to get something to eat late in the evening. We grabbed a seat and were immediately greeted by Carly our waitress who was very friendly and took our order quickly, and we received our food in a very reasonable amount of time. Ordered a Calzone and a Double Crust Pizza – both were absolutely remarkable and were packed full of wonderful ingredients – no skimping here. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat. If we ever venture back to Navarre, we will surely return to Kraus’!

Was just driving through Navarre ,saw the Kraus sign, so we stopped. We have had Kraus in Hartville for years and love it. This pizza was next level good. So glad we stopped.

We stopped in for a quick dinner. The pizza was great, the servers were accommodating, and we enjoyed the live music. Although the Kraus on Tusc in Perry Twp is closer, the pizza is considerably better at this location. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious! Ordered a kalzone and Loaded Joe’s. So delicious! Staff is great, except for one girl up front. She always has an attitude & is very unpleasant. She has overcharged me twice for my food, and gets rude when you ask her about it. I have decided to not eat here anymore, due to the stressful pick-up.

Their website states they stop taking orders at 8:30 (despite closing at 10). Fine. But what is a customer supposed to do after calling for 7 minutes straight and getting a busy signal (world’s longest pizza order?), only to finally get a dial tone at 8:30 and no one answers the phone? Of course when we showed up in person at 8:36, we were told they weren’t taking orders. Classic.
