I chose #3 Large Shrimp Platter. 15 shrimp, sausage, corn, egg, and potato with the flavor profile of Cajun butter. To my taste, the spices and seasoning were spot on. The corn was sweet, crisp and fresh. The sausage was savory, coarse ground, and had a nice seasoning to it. The shrimp were tender and fresh. And the potatoes soft pillows soaking up the all the flavors of everything in the dish.

The food took over 25+ minutes then, was cold when it came out finally. The butter seasoning was bland. The crab legs were fishy tasting, the shrimp were hard and overcooked, the potatoes were cold and bad tasting they tasted like they had all spice or something in them, the sausage was also hard cold and bland the corn albeit it being cold was the best thing on the plate honestly. The service was alright when she finally did show up was… NEVER mind the lady just came and took my water without asking if I was done. There was also a bug cemetery in the window by our booth. We moved our booth down but the impression was already made. I will NEVER return here. We still left a tip. This place sucks!

This place is excellent! The staff was wonderful, very friendly. I got the number 1 and it was delicious, nice portion size i had to take a doggy bag home. Drink prices are reasonable. I read the reviews before going and was on the fence but decided to go anyway and i am glad i did. Atmosphere was excellent, a wonderful band was performing while you ate I could not ask for more. This is a rather new restaurant so maybe they visited when they were just opening and trying to get everything together, because it is a very nice place to eat now. I hope they are here to stay because i will be going back.

Don’t try this place. Bad service, bad food, way overpriced for what you receive. I got my bar drink after my food arrived. I ordered the 26 dollar number one. Literally 3 bites of sausage, chewy hard shrimp, small crab and way over cooked potatoes. Received order fast (like 5 minutes) the plate must have been for someone else because my first bite was room temp and all the food on the plate was the same. My silverware was brought to me in a bowl that you throw your crab shells into and it still had butter residue in it and water beads like they just rinsed it and put my dinnerware in it. Very uninviting atmosphere. Cords hanging from all the TVs. I never leave reviews but this was so bad I have to warn others. If I could give a zero I would.

The food was great. The shrimp and sausage were particularly delicious. Yes, it’s a brand new opening. There are some kinks to be worked out with hostess stand and seating. I expect that walking into a new establishment. I must say we were fortunate enough to have Peaches as our waitress/bartender. She was amazing and a true asset to the business. We will be back. Great addition to the restaurant community in the northland!

The environment was nice but the food was not the greatest. For the price I felt you received more potatoes for filling than actual food. The crab claw was small with minimal crab meat. Wanted to try this new establishment because others informed me it was awesome. It was just okay. Nothing to rant about.

The food was just ok. This place needs some help! The service was inattentive at best. You don’t serve spicy food and NOT ever bother to refill drinks. It wasn’t busy when we went and the server seemed over extended. All the servers seemed to be wandering around ignoring dirty tables. Poor planning also, you shouldn’t put the kitchen entrance in full view of the front door and then leave it filthy. Over priced mediocrity. Maybe they will get it together.

The service was terrible. We had to ask several times for water and a beer. I was told that someone at the bar was making our drinks. I asked if they had to make water at the bar. We waited another ten minutes before I asked another waitress to check in the beer. Finally they brought it, but did not apologize in any way. Our appetizer came with our meal. The food was so extremely over cooked that the crab shredded when we tried to pull it out of the shell. The sausage slices were so over cooked they tasted like rubber, as did the shrimp. We complained to the manager who said she was sorry and took my uneaten meal away and then charged me full price for it. She never offered to make it again or bring Anything else. Our wedding anniversary was ruined and I had to stop at Mc Donald’s because I had taken insulin but was unable to eat my meal. Disgusting! We will never ever come here again and my recommendation is that nobody eat here under any circumstances.

The snow crab and shrimp tasted old and bland. The crab had a brown tent to the meat and not white/red as it should be. The butter was highly watered down as everything was boiled. I asked for and paid for additional butter but was told it was already on everything when it came out but I had the same amount as my wife who didn’t order the extra butter.

I got the crab and shrimp platter for lunch with Cajun butter. The food tested great, and the waitress was great. We didn’t break the bank, and I liked the automosphere of the restaurant. I’d recommending checking this place out if you’re in the Northland and don’t want to spend a fortune at Red Lobster.
