ATTENTION DOOR DASHERS BEWARE!!!!! I don’t how the food is but I’m a door dasher. I must agree this cashier has the most nasty attitude she has no customer service skills at all. We are not required to give our name when picking up orders. She refused to give me my customers food on two occasions. The first time I was on the live e with support and they heard the whole conversation. They called the store and they refuse to answer the phone. She was a little upset but customer service canceled the order and refunded my customer before leaving the store. Then same outcome today she was a little more humble this good round but the outcome was still the same. Food canceled and they ended up losing for money because I still got paid both times. To make sure that my customer that I deliver to get the best possible service they have been taking of my list completely and at the rate she’s going they so close from being removed completely. I advise to go somewhere where customer service is a priority and not your personal attitude. Stay blessed and safe everyone.

Loved it for a first-time visit. The portions are wonderful, the seasoning is spot, and the employees are very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that the drink cups were so small. However, I will definitely be back, and I recommend this to anyone who loves their seafood.

Great tasting seafood in a variety of flavors. The wait time is decent and all fried foods are cooked to order so its hot and fresh when it comes out. The sides are pretty good. I’m a fan of the crab pasta. It’s one of the best items anywhere in the city.
The cost is moderate but seafood typically is more expensive than most other categories of food, but the prices are great for the quality of the meal.
Definitely should give them a try, you wont be disappointed. The fish, the shrimp, and of course the crab is spot on flavorful.

Ok I’ll be the first to admit I love to eat and I love great food. But this right here is nasty. I’ve had some good food and this is by far the worst. The butter sauce was inconsistent, the sausage was a weird texture. The crab legs was not pleasant and the corn was tough. I’m not from Tennessee so I can’t recommend another spot. But just know this food is trash.

My aunt in New Orleans makes some of the best gumbo I ever had but Krab Kings is the best in Memphis period! I’ve had 3 others and it didn’t have the roux the right way and the shrimp, crab and sausage are so small compared to Krab Kings. They have lots of other seafood like crab legs, shrimp, lobster and catfish. The Po boys are amazing too with your choice of chicken, steak, shrimp or catfish and everything is seasoned so good also my favorite the #9. Fried Lobster, Fish, & Shrimp

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The food was horrible. No seasoning and fried extremely too hard. I purchased the blue crab, calamari, and lobster. A complete waste of money. It should be against the law to over fry seafood. The only thing that was edible was the fries and the pasta salad. Everything else was hard as a rock. And no comment on the dipping sauce. Very disappointed. Stay away from their fried foods. Or maybe it was just a bad day for the chefs. Either way it should have not been served period !!!!

I’m here now at Krab Kingz on Knight Arnold and I am shocked at the service I received. I am a loyal customer and frequent this establishment often. Upon arrival at 1:11 I was the only customer. Walked up to the counter and the girl behind the counter never acknowledged my presence, sge ingnired me and answered the phone instead of taking my order and never said hello, May I help you, nothing. We stared at each other for a stupid amount of time until I finally said hello, are you having a bad day? She answered “no I’m not”with an incredible bad attitude. I placed my order, gave her my c/c at which point she asked for my ID. I left it in the car so I proceeded to retrieve it. On returning I showed her my ID and she placed the order. I spent $71.05 with this company and for the first time ever I did not tip. I’m hoping the manager will fix this problem immediately. I realize it’s hard to get help these days but hiring sub standard personnel is a no no. BTW, the rap music that’s blaring inside the restaurant is deafening. Do better please or lose your valuable customers.

I was so disappointed with the customer service and the food. I ordered the Loaded 3 snow crablegs. I got 2 skinny crablegs and these claws in the picture. I feel like I was given scraps.
