I was referred here by my customer he told me about this place. He recommended the seafood pasta and that’s what I got. My food was served very hot, right when I opened the box I could smell the seasoning. I ordered the lunch portion and it was a lot food! Very happy with the portion size!! Shrimp was also cooked perfect! The lady who took my order was very nice and checked on me while I was eating inside. Would definitely come back!!

I ordered the crab and shrimp tray and it came with a generous serving of everything. The snowcrab legs were overcooked and a bit small. The shrimp were big and cooked perfectly. They give a very generous portion of well seasoned potatoes, a corn on the cob, a boiled egg and a sausage that was full of flavor and complimented the meal nicely.

First, I just want to say thank you to Will and the entire staff. On Friday January 16th, I celebrated my birthday at Krab Kingz! They took great care of me and my entire party of 37 from the time I came in to decorate my tables to the time we left! They were very accommodating even though my guest list doubled from my original guestimation. They were simply amazing! The service was great! The food was good and highly seasoned! The bartenders were on point with the drinks! The restaurant/restrooms were clean. The music and atmosphere was a whole vibe! I felt like a throwback at the house without me having to cook or cleanup after people! I had a Fantastic Friday celebrating my birthday with them!!!

This place was a staple in Richardson Texas years ago, and I am glad to have found it again. greta seafood boils at a phenomenal price. You can feed 2 folks and have a nice alcoholic drink for about $100 (yes the offer non alcohol as well). The atmosphere is usually pretty lively, with rap & hip hop being played in the norm. There is an area to danc did that’s your thing and a few electronic slot machines in the back too. I like the Spicy Mix for seasoning my crab, shrimp, eggs, potatoes and sausage, the Broccoli is also a hit!
ohh and the(LUNCH SIZE) seafood pasta! it’s 30$ but SO VERY GOOD!

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Krab Kings. I placed an order on their website with a promised pickup window of 6:49–6:59 PM. I walked in at 7:00 PM, gave my name to the staff member (who confirmed my order), and was told it wasn’t ready yet. I sat down and waited patiently.
**30 minutes later**, after watching other people get their food, I checked back in. Suddenly, they “couldn’t find” my order. After back-and-forth questioning about which website I used, the first staff member admitted, **”Oh yeah, I wrote it down, but then I forgot all about it.”** Instead of an immediate apology or an offer to rush my order to the front of the line, I was initially told I’d have to “initiate the refund myself” or wait for a call from the owner. No one offered a drink for the wait or any form of accommodation for their mistake. They simply told me there was a “line of food” ahead of me. If a mistake is made on the restaurant’s end, the customer shouldn’t be forced to wait at the back of the line again or leave empty-handed.
I sat there for half an hour only to leave with no food, wasted gas, and a ruined evening. The only saving grace was the lady who eventually found my name in the system and issued the refund; she was very nice. However, the lack of professional service recovery and the “forgetfulness” regarding my order is unacceptable.
**Pros:** The lady who issued the refund was kind.
**Cons:** Poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero effort to make things right for a waiting customer.
