Before L go on further, my waiter Daniel was Stellar. It was our first visit ever and he was amazing and patient. Went here for my twins Birthday dinner, daughter requested, and it was not what I expected. That being said. I greatly enjoyed the experience but having had Gastric surgery it was probably not the best idea. I was unable to fully enjoy all of the food available to me. I had the miso broth with somenveggiesbl, shrimp and bean curd but got through about a quarter of it and a few small pieces of the beef and pork types they had. Loved it all. My son ate his fill and my daughter had a great time. The staff even tool the time to bring small cakes for my twins and sing to them. Even having had the surgery I was able to find plenty of food to eat. Highly recommend!! Only issue was that it was a bit noisy but it was extremely busy. Keep up the great work guys!

We had an awesome experience at K-Pot Korean BBQ, and a huge part of that was our waiter, Michael B.! He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. He explained how everything worked, checked in on us often, and kept the table stocked so we could just relax and enjoy the meal. Michael B. really went above and beyond to make our visit fun and stress-free. Great service like that makes a big difference, and we’ll definitely be coming back. If you go to K-Pot, ask for Michael B. you won’t be disappointed!

All of the food was great excluding the calamari and the service was very real and laid back. Great descriptions of how the place functioned. Only small gripe was that it was a little loud but that’s not a huge deal. We went with a baby and our server Joseph A was very accommodating while making us feel special.

We had an amazing time at KPOT Live Oak! Jerry took care of us and he was absolutely incredible super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. There are so many options to mix and match, it honestly feels like creating your own delicious masterpiece of flavors.
We left there so full and happy! The vibe is lively, the food is fresh, and the whole experience is just fun from start to finish. And the best part isThey even have a bear that comes out to sing happy birthday!!! it’s so cute and makes the whole place light up!

I’ve been here twice and I can’t wait to go again. Food is delicious and feels so comforting. Lots of options to choose from, even with gluten or shellfish allergies I was still able to find plenty of food to eat. Tables are large so it doesn’t feel too cramped for space even when there are food trays all over the table. It is a bit loud and busy but it’s worth it for the food. We got the hot pot both times and it’s a bit pricey but the amount of food we got was worth it.
I will say service was inconsistent between my 2 visits. It’s a busy place but things seem to come out quickly. The first time we went the server was super helpful when we weren’t sure what to order and was able to give us nice tall bowls. Meanwhile the second time I went I took my mom and grandma and the server seemed impatient with them when they weren’t sure what to order since everything was new to them. The same server also gave us these tiny bowls that we all kept trying to place soup in and it was so hard and we got burnt a few times. On the other hand the staff is quick so I just hope the server is nice again next time.

Went there a couple of times for birthdays; both times were great! The servers were nice; they explained how things worked and they kept the food flowing. The meats and vegetables were fresh. The food, desert, and sauce bar were delicious also. They also sing happy birthday, give you a desert cake, and a stuffed animal on your special day. I definitely recommend it for special occasions. We made reservations so there was no wait on both occasions.

Michael B was our server, He was great! Very prompt and he had a great sense of humor! He got us everything we needed and he was fast. We asked questions about the menu and he was very helpful! We will definitely be back to K-Pot. Servers like him are rare! He definitely made our dining experience a great one!
