We tried this Korean BBQ and hot pot place and the experience was pretty cool. The atmosphere was laid back and the service was what to expect. It offers a unique experience by allowing you to prepare your own fixings right at your table. From an assortment of sliced meats, veggies, and soups, you have plenty to choose from even if you are vegan. The prices aren’t too expensive. But you can raise any tab by adding drinks. But for a fun time, I would recommend this place.

So I love hotpot. This experience was mixed, but would definitely come back again to give another chance.
First of all, service was mediocre. We barely saw our waitress, and actually had to wait on her for nearly 20 minutes when we were first seated. We didn’t know how it worked here, and finally I told someone we haven’t been greeted and it was our first time here and she came out.
So we learned the tablet, and realized even if you get multiple of the same meat, they will still only bring one out at a time. So that was annoying.
We ordered some alcoholic beverages, and from being out of state we didn’t realize that the hotpot here had a HIGH tax for alcohol and it can vary with restaurants. It was the first time we noticed it in Arkansas, like we literally got taxed the same price as a drink. It was frustrating. Wish we would’ve been told that. Which we only ordered alcohol because they were out of boba and milk tea. To top it off, their alcohol tasted like water. I almost complained about it, but like I said our waiter steer cleared from us. They were also out of several meats too, which was disappointing because it was like a Wednesday when we went.
I usually try to always see the light, especially in a bad experience. The meat we did get was fresh and it was seasoned so I do appreciate that. Their sauce bar was also good and they had fresh appetizers and desserts for you to grab. I was just very disappointed because the hot pots in Florida just seemed so much better than this and more engaged than our experience here.

Kennedy was only on her second day serving and was honestly the best server I’ve had in a really long time she was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Excellence is an understatement when it comes to the service we got this afternoon

I loved the atmosphere in this KPOT. It had nice ambience and warm welcoming vibes. The staff were great, respectful, and on point with the service. I had a wonderful experience with my family there, and had fun taking pictures of the vibes too I would highly recommend this place if you love to grill your own food and enjoy the food and company.

We came in tonight as newbies and had the best experience. Jasmine, our server, was so much fun and so helpful as we were pretty ignorant about the whole process. She was so helpful and KPot is blessed to have someone who projects their love for her guests and for the food the way she does. We will be back.

The food was fantastic and our party of 5 ate more than plenty! I couldn’t recommend here enough, it’s a must try & such a fun all around experience. Ask for Matthew!! He did a great job at explaining how everything works and even showed us the best sauces to make at the DIY bar. Ask him for his signature one, it’s just the best on everything. I’d recommend to come prepared to use your full time allowance of 2 hours, especially if you’re with lots of others. It was perfect, we weren’t rushed at all & ended just on time.

I had to come to check out what is Kpot like in AR, so we did it.
As soon as I walked in, I saw no Asians in this place , right away, my Asian guard is on. You know what people say, if you go to an Asian restaurant and see no Asians, be aware.
Our overall experience ended up fairly satisfactory. See below for details:
Meat- tasty, marinade was good not too far apart compared to other kpots, their meat selections are a little different, fatty beef brisket are call beef belly here.
Seafood- no crabs, but shrimps were delicious
Appetizers- slightly less compared to the ones in the east coast . Kimchi was very good, on the sweeter side.
Service- attentive, friendly and efficient
Atmosphere- smoky, lively, standard Kpot layout
Price- reasonable for the area. Slightly cheaper than the ones in DMV regions

Was looking forward to trying out KPot for the first time. We came into the doors and there were four hostesses behind counter and no other customers. We were ignored by them. There was no greeting or welcome in. Finally, one of them sat us in the back, which is fine, but no wait staff ever came to the table to take a drink order or explain how KPOT worked. We asked the busboy if he could get our sever but they never appeared since we left.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is dismal and the people that work there seem depressed and unhappy. We called the manager about our experience and he got angry.
Step it up a few notches. Train. Your staff to greet patrons and care about them having a positive experience. Hire a more diverse wait staff, make Oder and more experienced in being personable and accommodating.
