What really made the afternoon special, though, was our server, Lupe. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. It’s rare to find service this great. We will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!
We ate at dinner time and enjoyed both soup and BBQ options. Waitress was very nice and came around regularly to change our grills out. The neon lights was really cool. The bar had a variety of sauces to choose from and plenty of meats on the menu to enjoy. I specifically chose the seafood soup and it was delicious. The 2 hour window you have to eat will go by so quickly and well worth the dining experience ;).
He helped me get situated and starting the grill. Even when my first order hadn’t arrived he came by to make sure I was doing everything right. He checked on me frequently to make sure that o had everything I needed.
I would suggest a smaller dish for side dishes and sauces. Prices are reasonable for what you can eat. Will be back and thank you Khoa
Actual food orders are placed on a handheld tablet. Orders are unlimited, but there’s a 3 minute wait in between orders, so it was suggested to order everything needed before placing the order. The idea of seasoning the meats that don’t come with seasoning can be a bit confusing if not educated on Asian spicing, but our wonderful server Natalie created her blend for us from the spice bar, which complemented all the meat & seafood well. Meat & veggie orders placed came expeditiously.
The grill facet of the experience was easy enough. I even heated the cold crab legs on the burner. I really enjoyed the garlic shrimp, mussels, and garlic steak. The cold shrimp on the buffet were large and delicious as well as the spring rolls. I actually pleasantly pleased at the flavor of the waffle fries. Chick-fil-A should take notes!
I purchased the signature K-Pot Margarita, and it was solid as well.
Overall, this was entertaining and reasonable for the money.
We got there at 11:30am and got seated once waiting through a smallish line. We did both the hot pot and KBBQ. The hot pot was my fav!!! Despite coming in at the beginning, once i got to the appetizer bar, all the “warm” food was cold which sucks. Also the kimchi was not tasty. It tasted almost like it was freshly made and hadn’t fermented long enough. It didn’t have that classic sour, pungent taste and that made me sad. Other wise that hot pot made up for it!! The service from the kitchen was fast and it’s really nice inside. Overall, I am excited that we have KPOT in BR and I definitely will be going back to try it again!
