Great Hot Pot and barbecue!! We had a great time and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, robots did a lot of the serving and there was one time I had to order my desired food 3 times before it was finally delivered. It took over 25 minutes. Everything else was good, though! KPOT is always super clean and the vibes are very modern and trendy. It’s a good place!

I’ve been to KPOT in many different locations across several states, and this location really stands out. They use serving robots, the service is super fast, and the food comes out quickly. Everything feels fresh and well taken care of.
What impressed me the most is the variety of food. They even have boiled sea whelks available in the self-serve buffet, which I’ve never seen at any other KPOT location—or any buffet at all. Usually, other places only offer basic items like French fries, fried chicken, or fried shrimp, but this location has much more variety.
The only downside is the sauce selection. It would be great if they offered yum yum sauce and fresh Thai chili or fresh chili, but they only have jalapeño.

Beautiful restaurant with cool style. The service was exceptional. We got the hot pot and BBQ and both were good. The buffet bar had tons of sauces, some desserts, and some refreshing fruit and jello.
While it’s expensive at $37 for both hot pot and grill, the experience and quality of the all-you-can-eat makes it worth the occasional splurge.
My favorite items were the garlic chicken and sesame balls.
I was disappointed by the pineapple because it was canned, but it would be a great grill option if it was fresh! Also, would love to have chicken hearts as a meat option.
However, the “occupied” indicators on the bathroom stalls are a nice touch.

This place is immaculate I loved the ambiance, it’s futuristic and modern.. it reminds me of a nice nightclub a bit. They have a bar as well. You order anything you want on a tablet. We went at dinner to get seafood as well. It’s all-you-can-eat ! $31.99 for hotpot, $36.99 for the grill, or $36.99 for both hotpot and grill. Our server was awesome and very attentive ! Idk her name but she was Vietnamese. Sadly the robot did not get to serve us food, but we watched the action as it was serving all the tables to the right of us.. food was pretty tasty and you can customize your own sauces.

Had a great time at KPOT. The food was fresh, the flavors were solid, and the whole experience was fun. This place is definitely about the process, not fast eating, so go in knowing you will spend some time cooking your meal right at the table. The grill and hot pot setup is easy once you get the hang of it, and it is actually enjoyable to pick your meats and sides and take your time with it. The staff was friendly and checked on us often. The only thing to keep in mind is you will likely show up hungry, and the food takes a bit to cook, so patience is important. Once everything gets going, it is worth it. Good spot to go with family or friends who like to sit, talk, and enjoy the experience. I would definitely go back.

It’s new, it’s hip. It’s the total new rage of the area, a must see! Wonderful dining experience with great staff in excellent atmosphere. If you are looking for a new place to go out and have an excellent time and experience, Then this is the place. The food was excellent and the drinks were spot on! Lots of fun enjoying cooking the food in front of you in the barbecue pot. It’s also a wonderful experience to cook your own soup. Be prepared for a slight cost but it is worth it. Definitely, we’ll be back.!

First time coming here. Everything looks so cool. They have a robot named “Happy” that brings out food to your table, it’s so cool!! Our group loved the “Sauce Bar” / “Appetizer Bar” especially the seafood boil!!! They keep the bar food fresh and clean.
Our server “Rue” was very attentive and sweet. He did a very good job accomodating us. ❤️

This was my first time dining here. It was a very unique experience. Now that I understand the concept and how to order everything, I think my next experience here will be even better. This time, being my first, I was a bit confused. Our server Jason did a fantastic job navigating and helping us thru the “1st time” process. The food choices are generous. The food itself was delicious and you cook it the way you want it. There are plenty of options, so just pick one and go for it. I look forward to coming back and trying something new each and every time.
Our burner at our table wasn’t working properly. Jason took time to come switch it out for us so we could cook more food at once. The Miso Soup was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place. If going for the first time, just have patience and enjoy the experience. You won’t be disappointed. They even have ice cream at the end of your meal. It’s all you can eat style so bring your appetite.
