I love the hot pot and KBBQ idea because I like the corn in he hot pot and meat more and then the chicken on the BBQ etc. All the meats and fish tasted nice. Above average for KBBQ but not the best I have had.
Overall I recommend. Staff were nice and there’s a lot of area to sit at as well.

We had such a great experience at KPOT BBQ, and honestly, Megan made the whole visit. She was super attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel looked after from the moment we sat down. She explained everything clearly, checked in on us at the perfect times, and had such a warm, positive vibe.
The food was soooo great and Megan’s customer service really stood out. She honestly made the whole meal 10x better. If you’re going to KPOT, definitely hope you get her, she’s amazing!

We came in on a slow Wednesday night. The restaurant is huge with very nice decor and it was clean. I never had Hot Pot before where you had to order your meats and vegetables. Usually it is left on a self serve table for you to pick and choose. The way they had their sauces set up was also very weird. The food when you order comes in very small portion so be aware. It was average at best, the veggies were good. Our server did a so so job for it being really slow. In my opinion this place doesn’t deserve it’s high rating, AND DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE$$$

Given the price I don’t know what you could have asked for more. I recommend this place if you are looking for good value of your money. In a tourism dominated city, all you can eat? Sounds unreal, let alone there’s desert and appetizer bar included in this price. Only draw back I could think of is that servers aren’t the most enthusiastic ones. Overall it’s well recommended for my Orlando trip.

I didn’t think doing BBQ & hot pot at the same time was a good idea… I was WRONG, it is FABULOUS! Our server Joyce kept up with ingredients & changed out many grill plates. So many nice choices of meat, veggies, noodles, etc. Lots of veggie choices for our vegetarians, and I appreciated gluten-free rice noodles. Great sauce/condiment bar too. Feeling fat & happy!
We had a party of 8 & we had a nice long table with 2 grills & multiple soup burners. Plenty of space for us to cook! I also appreciate that there’s plenty of space around each table, so you don’t feel like you’re on top of other parties. The vents in this location appear to be part of the grill (venting downward?) so you don’t have excessive fan noise or smelly smoke when you burn something.

I had an amazing experience at KPOT! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out super fast — everything from the hot pot to the BBQ was on point. What really made the night even better was our server, Madison. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure our table had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. You can tell she really enjoys what she does. Great vibes, great service, and great food — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m happy we chose this place specially since there are so many other restaurants around. This location is larger than the one we’ve been to and Price is $33 per person so keep that in mind with an upcharge if you waste food $13 which is fair.
We just waiting a few minutes to be seated.
We ordered soups and we were surprised with the quality of the veggies and meats, they were 1,000 better, fresh than the other location, not to mention the buffet was also clean and had better options like the fried rice and assortedfresh fruits. There was so much space, we could enjoy ourselves without feeling crammed with other guest. Service was really good too. If this location was closer we would definitely come back.

We usually visit the KPot on the other side of town so this was a first at this location. We brought a family who was visiting from overseas and had a blast!!! We ordered both the bbq & hot pot. They had to roll us out. Initially the server takes drink orders, explains what to do, and takes your initial order from a menu. They bring all the proteins and customers retrieve sides & desserts from the buffet. After your initial order, simply add any new items via kiosk that is located on the table. I highly suggest skipping the hot pot if you have young children in your party (safety). They will want to do their own but get excited. (Ask me how I know.)
