First Timerssss!!! Both my mom and I treated ourselves out and this restaurant did not disappoint one bit!! The drink was amazingggg, bomb flavor, the food absolutely well worth the price, the tablet to place our order was even a treat that made ordering such an ease. The convenience this restaurant offers is a 10/10. The show stealer for us was our server… handsome MARK took care of us from start to finish, he was such a gentleman, the best convo, very helpful while we were cooking on the grill, super attentive which shows he just goes the extra mile in his customer service. Can’t thank him enough for the excellent experience. We will be back to see him…..as well as the Korean BBQ of course too haha

Food is delicious, service is very average, and atmosphere is decent.
Getting service out of the way first – it leaves a decent amount to be desired as staff are not that attentive. Waters were left empty several times for extended periods of time. Additionally, staff will not provide you with the items you ordered – there were several times that we placed an order via the iPad provided, nothing would come out, and then we’d have to flag down our server to check.
All that aside, food is great. The 2 real highlights are the beef belly and spicy beef bulgogi. Beef belly is so delicious and fatty – let it crisp up on the grill and just eat it without anything. It has a ton of flavor already. Make sure to order multiple beef belly at a time as the quantities are pretty small, and they could even smaller once cooked.
The spicy beef bulgogi is also really delicious with a great marinade.
The regular beef bulgogi is fine, nothing to complain about. The beef brisket is below average. Garlic shrimp is good if you’re looking for that.
Appetizer-wise I really like the chicken nuggets and fries here. The nuggets are quite reminiscent of a better version of McDonald’s. The fries are fried a couple times and have great texture, crunch, and flavor.
Make sure to make your own sauces at the sauce bar. I always recommend one sauce of sesame oil and salt. Make sure to just put a LITTLE sesame oil as you need to be able to get the salt on the meat as you eat it. Other than that sauce, go wild with your imagination!
Value is outstanding here. For lunch, just Korean bbq or hotpot is $20.99. Dinner is $30.99. And if you want to do both bbq and hotpot, just add $5 to either total.
If your birthday is within 3 days of your visit and you come in as a group of 4+, your meal is free. They are strict on the date being +- 3 days.
Overall, still my favorite KBBQ chain and continues to be quite solid!

This was a super cool place! Clean and up to date. Friendly staff! Endless options & full bar. Definitely hot food bc you cook it ☝ but the food brought out to you is fresh! Sauce bar was fully stocked and well kepted and labeled. Definitely family friendly but also perfect for a date night!

With the GA flurries Saturday, this was a promising comfort food option for us as we left ShenYun at Cobbenergy center. A nice hot pot to warm chilled bones… Our server recommended the Miso soup base.. we ordered tons of meat to BBQ to supplement our soups. Paying $35.99pp for both hotpot and bbq, we went to town on all the delicious food they had to offer. Only to learn that you can’t take any if your own leftovers home without being charged an additional $13pp fee for taking it out… And if you have too much food on your table that you’re not taking, you’re charged a waste fee. What a giant ripoff. The food we left would become trash bc on principal we weren’t willing to pay $36+13=49 per person to eat unlimited amounts on condition that none of what’s uneaten on your plates are yours without an extra fee. We liked the place but that is so shady. On principal alone, we will likely be taking our hotpot needs elsewhere. Best to do either bbq or hotpot but not both…

I had been wanting to try this place out for a while as I had never tried hot pot nor Korean bbq. It was Valentine’s Day so the wait was a little long but it was totally worth it. The place was clean, my server was very nice and attentive. The toppings bar was clean and stocked. I love how they have a little appetizer for you while you wait (fries, spring rolls, fruit etc). My daughter and I were a little confused by the concept at first but we quickly caught on. Although we didn’t use the grill much, I’m glad I added it on because the cooking part was my daughter’s favorite. She was so excited. This restaurant is a must and we can’t wait to come back.

Excellent hot pot..perfect for this cooler winter weather! I had the szechuan spicy broth and we ordered the shrimp dumplings, shrimp, brisket, a few different mushrooms, cabbage, watercress….and we made our own sauces. It was great!! Loved it.

I’ve been to many KPOT locations, and unfortunately, this one was by far the worst.
I dined in on a Wednesday lunch, chose hot pot only, and chose the dinner option. Orders placed through the tablet never came, so we had to order through the server for the entire meal — something that has never happened to me at any other KPOT location.
I do want to say that our server was very nice and tried her best, but the overall service system was extremely frustrating. We waited a very long time for the beef belly to arrive, and when it finally did, the quality and cut were very poor (see photos below). This was especially disappointing since I’ve eaten at many KPOT locations and know their usual standards.
I don’t understand why customers are given a tablet to order if it doesn’t work. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet many staff members were standing around laughing and joking instead of paying attention to customers.
This experience really saddens me because I’ve always been a happy KPOT customer, but this visit was a huge letdown.

This is my favorite korean bbq spot ever. My boyfriend and I like to try different spots in the area every other week, this was the first place we tried and after this place NO other spot has beat it. The food is so good and just the way the food comes out alone is super convenient (i love the ipads), the staff has always been the sweetest and so helpful everytime we’ve come here and we come at least 3 times a month if not more. The food is always amazing and seasoned well, my favorites are the steaks here, they are so freaking good I would come just for that. The bar in the back with the kimchi and deserts have so many difference sauces to try and the doughnuts and coffee cakes are good, especially the coffee cakes ! me and my boyfriend always at least eat two before we leave. Overall love this place and it NEVER fails anytime I come !!

Been twice now, first time only for hotpot and 2nd time tried bbq (but it’s not much more to do both). Great prices and excellent friendly service. Pretty impressed with the food quality – honestly no complaints about any of the items we ordered off either the hotpot or bbq menus. Favorite on the latter though was the seafood we tried- the squid and shrimpies were so yummy and ended up ordering multiples of those. In addition to the menu @ the table (you order items directly via tablet) there’s a buffet you can use at any time with various sauces, freshly prepped sides like kimchi، green onion, garlic, jalapeno, etc as well as some other food items + desserts. Def one of my top picks for Korean bbq and will undoubtedly be going back (a lot).

I come here almost weekly with my wife, and the consistency and bang-for-your-buck value are exactly what keep us coming back.
The meats are consistently good. You do have to get a little creative with the sauces and seasonings to find what suits your palate best, but once you do, you’ll find yourself reaching for the tablet again and again and sending more orders to the kitchen, which is impressively fast at bringing everything out.
Huge shoutout to Fran. She’s hands down one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere. Always in a great mood, always attentive, and always one step ahead so we never have to flag her down. We always look forward to stopping by and will absolutely continue to do so.
