Visited the location in Charlotte / North Tryon to celebrate Valentine’s Day and a career milestone with my wife. The wait was the approximately 25-30 minutes but well worth it. They seated the people quickly and courteously. Gave us time to look at the menu during that period of time. We were fortunate to get the server Sarah. Super friendly, very helpful with the menu items and guided us through the process. Checked on us every 10 minutes to see if we were doing okay. But never intrusive, she was amazing. We love the food, we love the environment and this is a place that we will return to again. The only thing I caution is… Come with an appetite, because there will be lots of food to eat. Great job K-Pot staff and management. ✌️

K-Pot Charlotte is always a great experience. The food is fresh and there are plenty of options, especially if you love meat and seafood. They also have a good variety of vegetables to add to your hot pot.
One of my favorite parts is the sauce bar where you can create your own sauce combinations, which makes the experience really fun and customizable. They also keep fries and nuggets on the bar, which is great if you have little ones with you who may not want hot pot or Korean BBQ.
They usually have drink specials available as well, although I didn’t have one this visit. Overall, it’s a great spot for good food, lots of choices, and a fun dining experience.

First off, the meat for each order is not plentiful. So it gives you a chance to cook and try others without wasting a lot of it. And if you like it, you can always order again. I love the sauce bar. Our waitress was very helpful, kind, and patient with us. Will definitely back.

Vibes were immaculate!!!!! The food was superb! Our hostess, XO did a did good job. The only issue was we asked for rice and it didn’t come until the very end. Also we had to do multiple times for the meats we ordered. All in all it was an amazing experience! Will definitely come again!

Fun concept, I’ve had Korean barbecue before, but never Kpot so this was new to me. Service was really good; fast and friendly. Atmosphere was good; clean albeit a little loud. As it relates to the food:
– Beer was tasty
– Broth was terrific (spicy Szechuan)
– They brought most of what we ordered but missed a few items
– Most of the food items were frozen. In some cases that didn’t really matter since you put it in the hot broth, but for other items, it did matter as it affected the consistency

I had such an amazing experience at K Pop Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious everything came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they care about quality. But what truly made our visit special was our server, Mina. She did an incredible job from start to finish. Mina was so welcoming, attentive, and kind. She made sure we understood the menu, gave and checked on us at just the right times without ever being overbearing. Her energy was so positive and genuine, and she made us feel completely satisfied. It’s rare to find service this good. Mina went above and beyond, and because of her, we’ll definitely be coming back again one day.

Loved Aleeza’s service and the restaurant’s business. exceeded our expectations. Dinner all day price 32.99 + 5.00 with soup was totally worth it.
Our favs was the Angus Chuck Flap Tail, smoked garlic pork belly, short rib, bulgogi and more
We also got the Tom Yum soup, miso soup
we were very impressed by their “sides table” and really appreciated the how to make a sauce recipe photographed on the wall. Quality, service, quality ingredients, beginner friendly DIY sauces, sweet fruits
The only think I was disappointed by was the kimchi. it’s on the a lot sweeter side.

First time trying kbbq and it was an amazing experience. All you can eat, so you can try everything if you so desire. My favorite was the beef bulgogi and short rib, my partner’s favorite was the kpot steak and the brisket. You make your own sauces at the sauce bar and we ordered boba Thai tea. Server was very helpful and sweet, service was also quick!

Sheesh, I’m telling you, if you want an incredible dining experience you come to KPot. My friend, who I’m not in love with at all, and I had never eaten soup like this before. Our soup ambassador, Ashlyn, helped us in our hot pot expedition, and she lead us to an unforgettable evening of savor and joy. If this app allowed for more stars, I would give it 6.

Amazing food and vibes!! I came here with my friends for my birthday and Kha was an incredible server and I got a whole song and dance (with an LED poster) for my bday! We had a large party so they had to separate us but it was great because the boys got their table and we girls got ours!!
