We were promptly seated on Christmas day, as there were limited dining options available. It seemed like the perfect choice to enjoy a meal with friends. Our server was exceptional, very attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. If there was something he couldn’t immediately answer, he made sure to find out promptly.
For my order, I decided on the hot pot with mushroom broth and included a variety of ingredients such as broccoli, bean sprouts, tofu, spinach, bok choy, and many more. It was a vegan’s dream come true. I loved the interactive aspect of cooking my own food at the table and having a continuous pot of soup to enjoy. It was not only delicious but also incredibly fun.
One of my friends opted for the pork hot pot, while the other chose the seafood hot pot. They even decided to mix and match items from their pots to try different flavors. The hot pots included a selection of meats like ribeye steak, sliced chicken, lamb, and pork, along with spicy Szechuan and Japanese miso broths.
The condiment bar was impressive, offering a wide variety of sauces, including hot chili oil, kimchi, and other traditional Asian condiments. There were also small desserts, fruits, and a hot bar for kids with options like chicken tenders, fries, and onion rings.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I indulged in trying different combinations of ingredients and thoroughly enjoyed the cooking process. It was not only a great place to dine with friends and family but also a fun learning experience for kids to explore various cooking methods right at the table. I can’t wait to return in the future for another enjoyable and delicious visit.
What really stood out was the staff’s attentiveness—they constantly checked in to make sure everything was taken care of, from refilling broth to changing grills, without ever being intrusive.
A special shoutout to Manager Wes, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about our experience. You can tell he runs the place with a lot of heart, and it really shows in the service.
Overall, great food, great vibes, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
