I’ve never gone to a place like this but I was curious and invited. I’ve been to this area before but for the pizza place on the corner so when I saw this flashy, easy to see Kpot place I figured it was new. When you walk in the layout makes it very easy to know where you’re supposed to go and that leads you to the waiting area. We were a party of 3 and the people waiting seemed like a bigger group. We were told 5 mins but considering there was a pretty good amount of people waiting I didn’t actually expect 5 mins but we were actually called up very quickly. As I was walking away one of the members did ask about their table since they’d been waiting but I already walked too far to hear a resolution. I was excited but was too shy to ask how everything actually worked so I asked my groups host but although they were informed it wasn’t really translating well. Our server arrived very quickly to know if we have any items in mind and informed us that there is a bit of a snack bar that has the sauces, fruits, treats and sides right behind us. Our server was the best in giving us the complete run down with the menu but also with the pad he was ordering from. He not only explained it well but was also bilingual. I ordered a miso soup with a pineapple painkiller. The painkiller wasn’t too alcoholic and very clearly pineapple in a good way with a bit of citrus from the orange. I enjoyed their miso soup but was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t any tofu in it or any on the side. Our vegetables did come after the soup arrived. They do come in small portions. We got dumplings and shrimp. There were 5 dumplings and 4 shrimp so the proportion sizes were perfect for me. We did have to wait a bit long for the meat. I thought we just didn’t order any but when the server was passing by he noticed we didn’t have any at our table and immediately went to ask for it. The meat was nicely served and he even gave us a demonstration after we asked and it was smooth sailing from there. It was a good buffet and kpot experience. If you can eat I definitely recommend this place, the food is worth its buck. Make the amount you eat be worth your buck.

Had to wait a good while before we sat, but I am pleased to report that it was worth it! Service was great, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was surprisingly affordable for a Korean BBQ spot, and we were all very satisfied. Our server Jerry made sure that we had everything we needed, and was incredibly helpful.

Went here and had a great time the whole stay. We were recommended with a very impressive sake named Tatenokawa that went so well with the hotpot. Food was great and service was phenomenal. Definitely coming back.

My Girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing time here. We’re both vegetarian, and KPOT made it effortless to have a full, satisfying meal without compromise.
Food
We did two hot pots, Healthy Herb and Mushroom broths, and both were fragrant, clean, and full of flavor. The vegetable options were endless for both the pot and the grill: tons of mushrooms, greens, tofu, and veggies that kept the meal interesting from start to finish. The sauce bar is extensive, and the team helped us build custom sauces that matched what we were cooking. Everything tasted fresh, and the pacing let us enjoy round after round without feeling heavy.
Service
The staff was outstanding, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They walked us through the menu, suggested great veg combos, and even gave tips for mixing sauces. The iPad ordering system is fantastic: neatly organized into Hot Pot and Grill, then by meats, seafood, and vegetables (we stuck to veg), so it’s super easy to find what you want. And once you order, food comes out fast, shockingly fast, without any mix-ups.
Ambience
Clean, lively, and comfortable. It’s got that energetic BBQ vibe, but we never felt rushed. We were able to hang out, cook at our pace, and enjoy the experience. Tables are well laid out, and the whole space feels organized even when it’s busy.

Alejandro provided absolutely outstanding service at KPOT! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure we understood how everything worked. He checked on us consistently without being intrusive and kept our table stocked and clean the entire time.

Can’t remember my waitress name but she was awesome. Went during Halloween during lunch/happy hour time and she took care of us… explained thr menu and the sake/soju flights to us and consistently checked in …. food was on point…overall great time

Last night was my first experience ever going to Kpot and mannnnn did I enjoy it. The food was amazing, the vibes were on point and I had overall great time!
