Thanks to Brianna (Bri), my dinner went smoothly and full of surprises! She was accommodating and relatable. When I told her it was my pre-birthday dinner, she told us to stay put and ran off to get my restaurant birthday cupcake. It was so cute and I highly recommend this specific kPot chain ;)!

This was my 1st visit…We went around 330pm on 8/22/25. I enjoyed the food but probably works have enjoyed more if the waitress had explained how the cooking & ordering goes. She simply gave us the tablet, told us the prices. It was like we was bothering her for coming in… Melany was polite when we could find her to ask a question. Staff just stands by door on their phones or sitting in the empty booths. I am big on customer service, it makes all the difference in some situations. BUT THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY FRESH…The condiment station could be a little better. You even get ice cream in the lobby entrance by the door to take when u leave … Enjoyed the experience but doubt I would go back…

A good place for AYCE samgyupsal and hotpot I got excited that I forgot to take lots of photos.
They have variety of sauces for the hot pot and for the bbq. They have sides, love their kimchi, cucumber and seaweed salad. Their meat and vegetables are fresh. My husband love their tom yum soup base. Staffs are attentive with orders.

We went for girlfriends bridal outing. It was my 1st time at this establishment. It was an experience, for sure. The food was very good. You cook your meats on the hot plate. However, you can not take it home. I wasn’t aware of that… but again, it was a nice experience. I left full! Our server, Gina, was very pleasant, informative, and able to answer all questions that we had. She was a great hostess.

Came in very close to closing time, but I was still seated and waited on with exceptional service. Food, meats and the buffet was still full, fresh and ample. My server Lana was amazing. Sweet, bubbly personality and very personable. I go to the Hamden location mostly as I live in New Haven, but I now look forward to dining in this location for when I’m in the area! Thank you, Lana!

It was ahh ♂️ got there at 9pm online says open till 11 but it doesn’t tell you they stop serving food at 9:30pm and the place looks like they ready to shut down felt off, rushed. There is a small area to get appetizers seasonings, and condiments for your food it was empty. Waitress was very nice but after a while it seemed like they were all just playing with phones waiting to leave. Would not go there around 9pm again ever. After finding out they stop serving the meats at 9:30 and no movement to re supply condiment or appetizer station I had to wait to pay like 10mins while watching waitress staff play with phones the whole time. to be honest it was still fun I would try again and recommend to others. Just not at 9!

We recently had a great visit at the Orange KPOT! I think this was my best Korean bbq/hot pot experience yet. The restaurant was clean and the staff were super attentive, always there to change out the grills or help if needed. Awesome drinks, and all around a cozy meal during the winter. We can’t wait to come back!

Liz was my waitress at Kpot and she made the whole meal way better. Super friendly, checked in without being annoying, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The food was really good too hot, fresh, and tasty. Made the experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely made me want to come back. Thank you Liz!!!
