My wife and I were on our honeymoon and were craving a nice Italian meal. Even though we were on the island we knew there had to be somewhere to get some yummy Italian.
Welp, we found it.
KP West was delicious! Yes, it was a little expensive but well worth the price. Service was good, our drinks were good. We couldn’t have been happier.

Loved their pepperoni pizza! Had the lobster ravioli appetizer and bruschetta, both were great! My only complaint…no clams for the clams linguini…they wanted to substitute shrimp.

Super nice server but service was amazingly slow, had to request him to take our drink order after waiting probably 15-20 minutes to submit an order. A lot of items out of stock. $32 dish has overcooked shrimp. Overcooked pasta. Greek pasta was incredibly salty. Had to request refills after a 10 minute wait on drinks. Noticed dirty dishes lingering on neighboring tables after people left for over 20 minutes. The staff seems really kind and friendly but the service and product were far from acceptable regardless of price. The appetizers seem to be the relative highlight.

Not great. Although the service was friendly and the fries as starters were good, both the pasta as well as the pizza we had were not good. Pasta sauce could easily have come from a can, pasta had a strange texture likely by cooking it at too low heat. Pizza was small, not crusty and lacked seasoning. Definitely not authentic Italian.

Would be nice to leave a good review. These folks are just down from my house. No pizza dough?? 3 of 8 kegs tapped? Sullen waitstaff? Yeah I’ve seen these sign before. Terrible management/ownership. This is a dime location, you have excellent potential. Try not to mess it up so hard.

Ate at Lihue location 2 years ago. Came back to island and couldn’t wait to go back. Noticed a West location and was excited to eat again. West location is less upscale, but same prices and the Greek pasta, which is what I have always ordered was very dry. I actually didn’t even finish it.

Decided to try dinner hour. It was fairly busy but the servers kept up well. My partner had the cheese manicotti with spinach: he enjoyed it and his only comment was not enough spinach lol. (He worships spinach) I had the pesto grilled chicken that was so good my eyes rolled lol.

Great food and great conversation! Really glad we decided to stop in. We had the bruschetta and a caesar salad to start, both were amazing. Mains were the basil pesto with chicken and the capellini pomodoro, again very delicious! We will definitely come back next time we are in Kauai!

We normally eat at the Lihue location but decided to try the Westside location this time. Hands-down Lihue wins. Ambience, wait staff, food, overall experience….we like the Lihue location. This visit the food was not very tasteful and a bit dry. It was lacking olive oil and or salt. I always get the Greek pasta And spinach salad but the waitress informed us that they were totally out of spinach so I couldn’t get the salad however she did say that you could get spinach in Any pasta dish but not as a salad. That sounded like a joke but it wasn’t. We’re still gonna visit because at the end of the day they’re pretty much one of the best pasta places. They were just odd a little this visit.

Our server Clyde was so funny. The food was delicious. Beautiful view. Bathroom was the best decorated commercial bathroom I have ever encountered.
