I’m glad Norwich has a sandwich shop again.. but it’s definitely not Garfs. The food was okay, service lacked and wait times were a little longer than expected. I got the Rachel, fries and coleslaw. The sandwich was delicious, fries under cooked and for coleslaw, not the best I’ve had. If you offer table service, make sure your wait staff are checking on the customer’s. The price wasn’t bad and I’ll be back once you get the wait times down.

I have eaten here 3 times now and all the food has been awesome! So far I have tried the chicken chili, the waffle, and the french toast bagel. The chili was some of the best soup I’ve ever had and the bagels were to die for. Service was prompt and everyone was very friendly and helpful with my questions. I love all the local artists work displayed on the walls and am a huge fan of Kozmo’s !

A great little homey eatery. All the food is made fresh, which means at times it take 15-20 minutes to get your food. Worth the wait definitely. The portions were more than filling. I had the Heat wave sandwich, ribeye with peppers, onions, bacon, and cheese. Which came with a heaping pile of fries. The staff was fantastic, they are friendly and courteous.

My friend & I went out to eat Saturday & was deciding where to go. She told me about this new place that just opened she never wenT to, Kozmo’s in Norwich, NY. We tried it & it was wonderful. Many sandwiches to choose from, salads, absolutely delicious. We were very satisfied with our meal, the service, surroundings, you can eat outside or in. I would highly recommend this place if you want a good meal, service & great price. I definitely will go back here again

Stopped in this morning for the first time since they’ve opened. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a french toast bagel. WOW. Delicious. Quality ingredients and a great sandwich. It’s nice to see a place in that location that’s doing things the right way again. Long overdue. I’ll be a regular again.

Best breakfast in town, Service with a smile…good company. It’s like stopping by an old friend’s home in the morning. Waffles are great, home fries are outstanding. Kozmos breakfast is a great way to start a day!

I had the specialty chocolate waffle with raspberries… IT WAS DELICIOUS. The place has artwork on the walls and they serve local products: Everything Bagelry and Fog Hollow maple syrup… the toast was thick and home fries were seasoned just right. I will tell all my friends!

A great family owned and operated eatery. Amazing food with a friendly staff. They have delicious BLT’s, cheese dogs, and hot roast beef sandwiches. I definitely recommend stopping in if you are in the area.
