I have picked up three too good to go bags with this restaurant. The first two were wonderful, but today’s was vary subpar and way below expectations. When you get a too good to go, you get a meal. I ordered two, and I got one meal and three desserts that were in were inedible. They gave me chicken, fettuccine Alfredo, with ziti, and not fettuccine, with spinach that was not cooked, and the Alfredo sauce and chicken were dry and tasted like sandpaper. They also gave me a slice of cheesecake, a slice of cake, and a cannoli, and every single one of them were hard as a rock and tasted like they had been sitting for six days. They need to do way better with their food. Also, the staff the past two times I have been in there have not been friendly. The first time I walked in there, whoever was the server in there was amazing, but I haven’t seen her since and the service is terrible.

Today we finally had a chance to go try Kozi and I am happy to say that the food beat our expectations. The red sauce was bold, thick, and full of flavor. The Paneer Pizza was excellent. Everything we ordered was perfect. If you like bold flavors you will love the food here. We are already planning our next visit so we can try some of their pastas and sandwiches. Will update this review at that time. Go and try Kozi and support our local businesses.

Wow is all I can say inside is a little sketchy looking in a sense of you dont see much activity going on. Almost thought they were closed. I got the chicken Alfredo wrap and a pollo calzone. Wrap was definitely fulfilling i only ate half and already looking forward to eating the rest in traffic. Calzone is mind blowing perfect crust and the dipping sauce pairs with it perfectly. Considering I work around the corner i will definitely be coming back to experience more of the menu.

The pizza had good flavor, but was “paper thin”. Very little ingredients. The crust was very good. The interior is like a fast food restaurant, cheap metal chairs, yet their prices were not cheap, relative to the amount of food/cheese on the pizza.

We expected traditional Italian food. This was greasy suspect slimy old burnt eggplant. The penne alla vodka had weird spices in it and was straight up dark red. I would not eat here again.

I was looking forward to trying this place but unfortunately it was just downhill. The menu taped to the register area lists a build your own calzone for $12. Under it says choose your sauce and ANY TWO TOPPINGS. No where, absolutely nowhere does it say anything else. There is ZERO list of toppings available posted anywhere. The cashier started to name some from memory. I chose chicken and pepperoni. Again ANY TWO TOPPINGS. the Chicken rang as +$3.50. no big deal I understand it’s usually considered a premium side. So I switched to ham and pepperoni. Sure enough+$3.50 for HAM!

It doesn’t even list an asterisk or anything that you would even have to pay more for a premium topping. I pointed this out to her and essentially got nothing. I stood there for a second and didn’t feel like arguing with this blatant false advertising or she was ringing up the wrong item. Either way it was absolutely ridiculous so I left. If you’re not going to sell for the price what you advertised then update your menu. An unnecessary terrible experience and waste of time.

The food would have been great if my bacon would have been done. Tried to talk to the manager about it but they have just left me on hold customer service is terrible and they just lost my business for good!!!! Chicken wings are small but needs to be cleaned have a slimy texture and there is no seasoning. Building was very cold!!! As I said after still being a hold they lost my business…

The Calzoni di Primavera is absolutely amazing! highly recommend. I dipped mine in the Alfredo sauce which was also very good. One the best pizza calzones I’ve had! You can tell the crust is homemade and the veggies fresh. The flavor was better than other Italian places we have had here. A new place for my pregnancy cravings

We ordered the fortuna pizza through our work lunch and were completely unimpressed. The crust was beyond thin and flavorless, topping sparse to say the least. The picture online looks completely different than what we received. We will not be ordering from here again.
