EXCELLENT quality of fresh handmade sushi I’ve had Toro Toro roll and for the first time, a “protein roll” which has no rice, just cucumber wrap and fishes for the filling- it blew my mind ❤️❤️❤️ So delicate, light, cleansing but at the same time so balanced and refreshing ☺️ Excellent presentation as well- such gorgeous vibrant colors that pleasing not only to the palate but also to the eyes

A new sushi place for us. Excellent food – beautiful presentation, larger than typical sizes of fish, smaller portion of rice, but most importantly, really good quality and perfectly aged fish! This is how Japanese food is supposed to be – pleasing to one’s eyes, pleasing to one’s palate, and pleasing to one’s heart and soul!
Good value also even just for the quality of fish! The Spider Rainbow roll was both excellent and pleasing to one’s eyes! Wagyu and Fois Gras nigiri was quite intereting and really tasty!
Very attentive, friendly, and courteous service! Can be a bit noisy from adjacent seatings that are a bit too close. The food trumps that however!
We revisited two days later and we shall return!

Tried Koya Sushi in Beaverton and loved it! Started with the Sunomono salad perfectly pickled and full of flavor. My favorite rolls were the Hang Ten, Albacore Delight, and Sunset Roll, plus the salmon sashimi was amazing. Loved the dry ice under the sashimi! The place was clean, the sushi chefs were super friendly, and I’ll definitely be back. Parking is on the street and a bit limited, so plan ahead.

Koya Sushi was spectacular from the very first impression. Everything exceeded expectations—the warm hospitality, the stunning presentation, and, of course, the delicious food. My friend and I arrived close to closing time and didn’t think we’d be seated, but the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which set the tone for the entire experience.
As soon as the food arrived, I couldn’t help but notice how amazing the presentation was. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Koya Sushi left such a positive impression that I’m already looking forward to my next visit for more amazing sushi!

We had a delightful dinner here. Service and Food were absolutely on point. We ordered a massive amount of sushi rolls, spicy edamame, gyoza and ate every last bite. Each roll was unique and flavorful. The mango roll was beautiful and delicious. We will be back the next time we are in the area!

Seriously, the best I have ever had in my life, & absolutely reasonably priced for what you get. It’s fresh, high quality, and everything you could ever want in sushi. They have hot food which also looks fabulous, but we have yet to get past the sushi & sashimi because it’s just that good. The wait staff is lovely, quick, attentive & efficient. We drive 40 minutes just one way to treat ourselves every once in awhile, they truly ruined all other sushi for us. If you want to be impressed and/or impress your date, give it a try!
