Asian food made fresh and to order! Low prices, NOT low quality food! Kowloon Chop Suey is a very Saint Louis style Asian cuisine restaurant (often coined as “Chinese food” which is what they serve here).
The location is extremely humble, but that’s exactly what the low key atmosphere is. It’s the type of place you literally drive by a few times while running errands.
The cooks are talented, the food is made fresh and tastes delicious. Kowloon’s Chop Suey does serve adult size portions, you’re not coming here to lose weight. 🙂 Lastly remember your meal is made to order, so don’t leave out any details when telling them how you want the food prepared. They take cash or card. For affordable, “Real” Saint Louis style rice, noodles, chicken, St.Pauls, crab rangoon and more come here.

Dirty dinning area (Due to lack of respect for community)
i bought 2 whole orders of rice and the guy literally gave me 4 soy sauce and NO SWEET AND SOUR then said i would have to pay 10 cent each i said that was fine but they would not accept card payment under 10$ so he “blessed me” with 2 packets of sweet and sour sauce for my 2 whole orders of rice. after begging for 5 more minutes and ignoring his comment when he told me “just leave “ he told me he would trade me 2 of my soy sauce for 2 more sweet and sour. THEY DONT RESPECT US HERE I WOULDNT BE SURPRISED IF THEY SPIT IN THE FOOD . also when it comes to the food it was “ok” if i was homless but had alot of hard rice pieces each bite had a hard rice piece in it. I CANT WAIT FOR JUSTTHE2ofus rice to open back. up its black owned and they cook with love . DONT GO HERE FAMILY

The food is excellent and so is the price, but parking is a challenge. You have to either park on the lot behind the building or across the street at the gas station. There was a time you could park on the lot next to the restaurant, but I think the church next to Kowloon bought it, and now, it’s blocked off. Again, great food, great price, and great customer service! The owner and his wife are very friendly people!

Food is good but parking could be way better! I refuse to go back and spend my money until something is done about the parking. The owners vehicle is parked on a secured lot but I was told to park on the busy street of Jennings station rd, where my vehicle could be at risk of getting hit! They have two parking lots but both are chained off. I refuse to patronize a business that doesn’t even care about the safety of their customers.

The food is typically really good and the service is usually great. This particular time we went before closing…the owner called to verify we were still coming 20 mins before closing. When we got there our food wasn’t ready and when we got home (45 min drive)…our order was messed up; mind you, they closed ofter we received our order and they are not open on Sundays.
