If you can find this hole in the wall wonder, you are blessed. The building is shared with a mechanic shop but well worth finding. Everyday lunch buffet makes it worth being here. The is no overpriced exotic menu item and it honestly feels more like a military chow hall from the 70’s. However, the food is worth the trip. All you can eat with a drink for about $18. That’s a bit expensive for some but should you have a big appetite, this is a great stop to fill up. The interior is old and outdated with slightly uncomfortable seating. The bathroom requires a hunting party to find but, they have large TV’s and music playing. It feels like a piece of the past filled with fond memories. The setting isn’t flashy because they spend their money and effort on feeding you well. Each day has a different buffet menu dish and Saturday morning has a breakfast buffet! I pray they do well and stay in business for a long time because places like this just don’t exist anymore. Stop by and enjoy the southern cooking.

Kountry Korner Restaurant is a buffet/Restaurant. That accounts for four stars with the food.
The food. Tasted pretty good, not great, but pretty good.
The gravy for the Biscuits and Gravy, just did not cut it for me, that is not to say it wasn’t good, it just wasn’t for me.
I sampled everything else in the buffet and it was very good. I especially enjoyed the cheesy grits with bacon and eggs in it.
The decor and atmosphere are down to earth, homey.
The people who work there are extremely friendly and helpful. They ask your name and talk to you as a friend, not a customer.
The prices are great. For the price you pay for the buffet, you get an excellent deal.
I highly recommend this place.

Ok, if you are looking for some corporate restaurant, you won’t find it here. This is a down home country cooking comfort food place. The food was delicious and the employees were very friendly and provided fantastic service. Will be going back soon.

Didn’t know what to expect you hole in the wall Restaurant, but it’s my kind of place. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It had basic items, five different Meats, cinnamon rolls, hash browns what stood Out Among the rest when I was getting my food, the waitress asked if I would like a hot cake which I said yes. A few minutes later they brought me a pancake that was a little thicker than most, but was excellent and texture and flavor, perfect. Looking forward to having lunch in the future.

Exquisitely fresh tastes from complimentary appetizer bite to Vanderbilt cocktail to trout and chicken dinners. I could taste the river-freshness of the trout, the garden freshness of the sweet potatoes and green beans. Delish!!!!! Chef made a nimble adjustment to the dish to accommodate my garlic and onion allergies; I never missed a bit of flavor. Sooo good! The Vanderbilt Martini was a little glass of heaven, as was the Pot de Creme for dessert. 10/10 Stars for service and cuisine!

The service was amazing. Our waitress was so sweet and friendly. Cleanliness is would give maybe 2 stars as it needed a good scrub down. The buffet was horrible. We didnt even eat 2 plates of food between 2 adults and a toddler. The eggs were cold, the bacon was rubbery. It wasn’t what we expected. It could have been a bad morning who knows. We quietly paid of $35 bill and left. I would be up to trying again another day maybe a lunch buffet?

Blink and you’ll miss it…. you’ll realize “hidden gem” is way overused when you come to this place… this most finally is the true definition to hidden gem… it’s like stepping into a southern home and being served at the family table…

Some friends and I were in Florida from Indiana and someone recommended this place for lunch and all I can say is the food is amazing, nothing I had from the lunch buffet was bad. The service was also excellent, we’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Florida!
