I had a great experience at Kountry Kitchen. The service was excellent — the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The food was egg-cellent! Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. You can really tell they care about both the quality of their food and their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Top 3 restaurant my fiancé and I have ever experienced for brunch.
We ordered;
Coffee- Fresh and fragrant
Watermelon juice- the freshest juice you can get, i didn’t think a drink could be so refreshing. No added sugar, fresh juiced.
Kauai Eggs Benny- pulled pork paired with perfect poached eggs and a hint of onion. Unbelievable.
Avocado Bacon Benny- ingredients were noticeable, such good quality. Wonderful.
Mac Nut French Toast- delectable, the homemade coconut syrup changed my life…lol
We enjoyed raving with those around us about how good the food and staff were. Made jokes about everyone’s plates being completely clean.
Overall made our afternoon.
Staff was friendly and authentic, restaurant itself was such a nice vibe, actually posted a picture on my social media (never do) on how cute it was.
Felt great after, didn’t even feel heavy for hiking even though we ate literally everything.
Can’t wait to go back.

The portions were big. We ordered the loco moco and it was my first time trying it and it reminded me a bit of Japanese omurice. We also got the eggs benedict, but it didn’t taste like a typical benedict. It was more like an eggy French toast pancake vibe, and the bread was so good! Chewy, soft, and slightly sweet, kind of like Hawaiian cornbread. It was my first time trying Hawaiian bread and I loved it!!

Food and pricing here is wonderful! Absolutely love the omelette and the French toast. My only complaint was when I ordered iced coffee. It came out completely warm with no ice, and then when I asked for a hot coffee, it came out with lipstick stains on it. However, the food really makes up for these shortcomings, and the price isn’t terrible!

Delicious, fresh food. Excellent service! We managed to fit a wheelchair through the narrow aisles. The thermosphere was relaxed and happy, though a bit loud. I was glad I had my Loop earplugs with me. Seating was efficient, and I recommend adding your party to the wait-list via Yelp first. The process worked smoothly! The price was very reasonable, and it was nice to have the option of espresso drinks, too.

Incredible. And I don’t use that word lightly. If a restaurant can nail customer service, food, and atmosphere before I’ve finished my coffee, that’s saying something.
My wife and I love to eat out and try local spots everywhere we travel, and this place stood out fast. You’re greeted by genuinely friendly staff (not the fake “have a nice day” kind), and they make you feel welcome right away.
The food? So good we accidentally made this our go-to breakfast spot most mornings of the trip. If you’re in Kauaʻi and don’t eat here at least once, you’re doing your vacation wrong.

Great breakast! If it isn’t already, this should be THEE breakfast stop in Kapa’a. The eggs benny reminded me of home. The Appleridge Cafe in CO has always been the standard for an Eggs Benedict. They do it so good I have a hard time eating it anywhere else, until now. So good!
The people here are friendly and attentive. Get here early, the line can get long. The wait is worth it and they move things along pretty good

This is the Cracker Barrel of Hawaii but with far better food. This was a surprising diamond in the rough. Looks like nothing from the outside but has very unique decor where almost everything is for sale by local artists. Cute store. But also the drinks (I had fresh watermelon juice that was amazing) and the food was fabulous. I had a version of eggs Benedict that had Portuguese sausage and was on cornbread. My husband got a pancake that was ENORMOUS with Mac nuts and bananas. Great meal. Can’t believe this was my first visit for this restaurant.

Kountry Kitchen was a yummy stop for us while on our vacation. The food options and coffee options all sounded delicious. I chose an iced macadamia nut latte and the strawberry waffle with strawberry syrup. The waffle was fresh and just the right amount of sweet! We did make a reservation through Yelp prior to arriving, which worked ok. It was a bit chaotic to sign up for the waitlist, also needing to check in at the host stand, with the hostess redirecting people to the Yelp waitlist…overall our dining experience went well, but if you are hangry or have a large or impatient crew, just prepare to get there a bit early before your reservation.

Great breakfast. Pancakes, waffles, French toast were all good. Good service, fresh juice. No tip soliciting so that’s pleasant.
