first time visiting Kotsu and we were not disappointed. It was a slow Saturday night, so not many customers on site. The food was tasty and exactly what I expected.

Great place and good food. Love the fact that soft openings allows you to fix the bugs in the system. First to go is the cashier… this dude obviously come from a different line of work, definitely not the service/restaurant.

Found this restaurant while we stopped in Valencia on our way back home during dinner time. My husband was craving ramen during our trip and this restaurant had good reviews. The ordering process is through a kiosk. There was 2 big groups when we came in and more people arrived to order. There was only one person on the counter who was doing all this job ( the server, front person for answering questions, addressing takeout customers, and bussing the tables & disinfecting. She was super busy yet very friendly & sweet. The dinners were taking so long and the poor girl was apologizing to the customers. There also was one person in the kitchen. The ramen was good but limited meat. It’s pricey, too. We were in a hurry to get back on the road and typically, ramen orders were fast. Hope the restaurant has more people during rush hours.

Service and atmosphere are not great. Food varies. The first time I came with my wife, the gyoza came out cold and wasn’t great. The ramen was good, though so we gave it another chance. This time, the food was much better. The pork curry ramen was REALLY good. The chicken karaage was delicious. They actually accidentally brought us gyoza, which was sort of fitting. It wasn’t cold this time and much better, though not much to mention as it’s very mediocre. They should change their name to “Kotsu Ramen & Karaage” and get out of the business of making terrible gyoza. They have a very simple menu, but the guy who took our order said he hadn’t tried one of the items when asked. I think management should consider that as an issue. If this place was cheaper, I would let these things slide a bit more, but it’s not, so you get honesty.

Kotsu Ramen & Gyozu was Amazing!!! The Ramen was an Authentic been to many Ramen places and If you haven’t tried it it’s worth it. The flavors were truly amazing the garlic the robust flavors of Japan in every bite. One of my Top Ramen places I have been. I met the Owner and he brings a welcoming environment where he greeted me and made me feel that he is passionate about his business and customer’s. A great experience and I most definitely recommend this restaurant.

Service was really good here. Good ramen, got chili oil on the side so I could have some heat and mix in as needed. The Gyoza was all stuck together and broke as I tried to piece them out, but were really good.
